I bought the boat rockerz 255 wireless earphones on 2nd october 2019 via amazon, which is barely four months ago. Today, the right earbud stopped working. It works only if it is at certain angles and that too barely. Since it is within the warranty period, i want a replacement. However, their 'new' warranty claim system has no way to actually register a proper warranty claim, and their 'customer care' is so useless that i have been trying to get in touch with them every day for weeks, and they neither picked it up, or got back to me.
