Respected mam/sir,
This is to inform you that i have purchased one wireless boat earpiece from amazon.in on 23.08.2019 via order no.[protected]. Now, it has stopped working and it is not even getting charged. Therefore, as per the replacement policy (Since the product is in warranty period) of the company it should get replaced. Though, i have contacted via mail id but they have guided me for a website of their's which is also not working and i am trying to contact customer agent since past two days but unable to have a conversation with them. Kindly, look into the matter because by this lingering way my warranty period will get expired in august 2020.
I am also enclosing copy of the relevant in voice and my address and contant number for ready reference.

Updated by varshasingh91 Nothing has been initiated from BoAT company. I have not received a single message or call from them.
Its sad to have this experience with much reknowned company. Kindly look into the matter and please do issue a reminder also, if possible on your part.

The delivery partner had taken my product for replacement
But till now i didn't receive my product
It's been more than three months
I can understand because of lockdown the service has to be closed
But now everything has started
So i want my product within 2-3 days else return my money back
Since 15 days i'm calling to know the current status of my product but no one is receiving the call...
This is really very annoying
I want you to check my current status of complaint nd try to return the product as soon as possible or return my money.
