I had purchased my boat earphones on 1st november 2019. I had a complaint with my earphone, boat 162 black earphone, since one side was not working. Under the warranty period, the pickup was done from my residence on the 12th of may2020. After, that i have not been updated about the status of the same. The blue dart status shows that it has been delivered somewhere else on 28th may2020. I have been calling customer care, but there is no response.
Kindly, look into the matter as soon as possible.
