My ticket no is 1097806.My product has been picked on 20th May 2020 and the estimated delivery was 22nd May. It's been more than 12-15 days now and yet my product is just In transit from Mumbai to Mumbai. Currently Xpeessbee is showing it at Arrived at BOM/RVP, MUMBAI, MAHARASHTRA. I tried calling customer care services several times but they have never picked my call.I even tried sending mails but as usual a auto generated mail appears.It would be great if boat looks into this matter as soon as possible because its taking a lot time. I'm really loosing my patience now.

    I replaced my product in february and i didn't receive my product or any reply from the company or the logistics. It's been 4 months and i lost my valuable earphones costing 1000rs. The xpresbees customer service tells to communicate with imagine marketing private limited. But how should i contact and how will i get the refund what to do. It's been 4 months and there is no reply from both companies. I want my product or refund as soon as possible

        My boat earphones are picked on 30th may 2020.
        Currently xpressbees is showing arrived at bom/rvp, mumbai, maharashtra this as shipment status and estimated delivery is was 3td june 2020. My ticket number is 1113571. And also they are not responding to my mails. Kindly look at this complaint as it has been too long.

          Hi

          On 10 may 2020 i registered a warranty claim for my boat earphone which stopped working. Claim ticket number: 1093063.
          Till date i have received no response from the boat company about how long will it take for the warranty procedure... This was absolutely not expected from boat... Highly disappointed...

            Its been 3 (Three) months i m following with boat company,

            Feel all cheated with my first ever transaction with you guys 😔 wide order no. 15400 for rs. 3196/-.

            Courier services have resumed pan india with almost a month now.

            We rise compliant to pick up for service in warranty period, they ask for invoice original bill pdf. Then again we raise new ticket number within warranty period. But they never responded until it expiry. They ask us three times to rise ticket numbers. We do but they never answer within period, after they gave mail as out of warranty. This totally absurd. Asper warranty company have to responsible to serve us within terms and conditions. Please respond, don't escape with lockdown reason about delay of service.

              Few months ago i've registered a complaint against my product
              The delivery partner had taken my product for replacement
              But till now i didn't receive my product
              It's been more than three months
              I can understand because of lockdown the service has to be closed
              But now everything has started
              So i want my product within 2-3 days else return my money back
              Since 15 days i'm calling to know the current status of my product but no one is receiving the call...
              This is really very annoying

                I have registered my complaint on 19th may about not working of one side of earphone and on the 7 jun it is showing on the official website of that replacement product issued but i dont get any mail or any message about product issue and on imagine marketing it is showing upto the 4th step (Product received at service center)

                  My headphones was picked up by the courier partner on 10 may but i have not got any replacement till now. Now i am not bale to track my product. I am really worried about this and i hope i get my product as soon as possible.

                    Hi team, I am writing this email to convey my worst experience with boat.I have purchased the boat earphone Boat Bassheads 238 - In Ear Wired Headphone (Blue)My earphones stopped working so i raised the support case 1025045 to replace the product and the new product got delivered to me on 7th June 2020The worst thing is that, this time i got the product delivered but it is not the same which i ordered. My product which i purchased was [ Boat Bassheads 238 - In Ear Wired Headphone (Blue)] but the product i have received is [ Boat Nirvana Bliss Galaxy Black - Upgraded] which is very cheap as compared to my product.The whole process took 3 months and still i haven't haven't received my original product replaced.
                    I request you to escalate this matter to the highest authority or else I will raise my complaint to the consumer forum. Because this isnt accepted from such a company like Boat.Â
                    Herewith, I am attaching my order invoice with the screenshot of the wrong product which I received and the screenshot of the original product that I ordered.Â

                      I purchased boat bassheads furious red earphones on 15th feb 2020 and my product stopped functioning so i filed an online complaint for replacement on boat's website on 15th may 2020 as it was still within the warranty period (Complaint no 1095926).
                      It was successfully picked up by xpressbees delivery boy on 17 th may 2020 and i received message for the same. Initially i was able to track my product's location but then it started showing error (Awb[protected]. I still dont have any information about its location.
                      Kindly refer to the above and reply as soon as possible

                            I bought a boat rockerz 255f on 3rd march 2020. But it has some problem so i registered a complaint on boat website on 28th may 2020. But till now noone come to take the fault product. When will your delivery boy come to take it back? And when will i get the new one?

                              I had purchased my boat earphones on 1st november 2019. I had a complaint with my earphone, boat 162 black earphone, since one side was not working. Under the warranty period, the pickup was done from my residence on the 12th of may2020. After, that i have not been updated about the status of the same. The blue dart status shows that it has been delivered somewhere else on 28th may2020. I have been calling customer care, but there is no response.
                              Kindly, look into the matter as soon as possible.

                                I want to cancel my order and also mailed many times but no reply is mentioned, also on toll free no. I called many times but calls are not attended. How unprofessional company it is, so disgusting.

                                  Respected mam/sir,

                                  This is to inform you that i have purchased one wireless boat earpiece from amazon.in on 23.08.2019 via order no.[protected]. Now, it has stopped working and it is not even getting charged. Therefore, as per the replacement policy (Since the product is in warranty period) of the company it should get replaced. Though, i have contacted via mail id but they have guided me for a website of their's which is also not working and i am trying to contact customer agent since past two days but unable to have a conversation with them. Kindly, look into the matter because by this lingering way my warranty period will get expired in august 2020.

                                  I am also enclosing copy of the relevant in voice and my address and contant number for ready reference.

                                    I have bought a boss bassheads 100 black headphone, in 6 months it started malfunctioning, but because it was on warranty for 1 year, i filed a complaint and they asked me to return the product and they will exchange it.
