On 8th Aug 2022 i bought boAt Airdopes 141. I paid the amount via UPI. The money was deducted from my account. But I did not recieve any order confirmation message.

    Order no. 2507574 dated[protected]. I had placed an order for Boat rockerz headphone 650 black as per above order no. The product was delivered on[protected]. But the product was defective and I raised a request for replacement vide order no. 2507574EX1_BBLR489585 on[protected] which is delivered today. But the delivered item box was opened and not sealed and looked like an used product with lots of scratched on the body. Tried to sent e-mail but their e-mail id : [protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com is not working. Kindly look into the matter and arrange for deliver a new product or refund of money immediately from BOAT India.

    After complaint, the product was picked up by Bluedart courier but after that no response from BOAT about replacement with a new product. Tracking details not updated and BOAT customer care is just useless and can not solve any issue. Very bad experience with BOAT product. Nobody should buy BOAT product...

            Payment has been done but order not showing complete

            At 22:18 tuesday, 9 aug
            i had bought an boat headphones for 3499rs. the order money was paid from different number but was not showing that order is complete. I received a msg on whatsapp that my order is not paid. I hope this comes in attention soon and i can reiceive my order on time.

            I purchased boad earbuds from Myshopify website which I got the advertisement from Facebook I paid 336.30 rs on 7 Aug. I pay through Online even I'm having the transaction ID[protected]Google pay)
            I got ther confirmation msg from the company link, but not yet received any tracking details or product.

                  I had ordered boat smartwatch from the website on 4th of july...today is 9th august still the company has no interest of even checking escalated complaints regarding my order...worst customer service ever...if your not able to fulfill your own product delivery then don't take orders...specially not prepaid orders..so much of my waste of time to call customer service all the time to check on my order YET no advancement..no option even to Cancel the product...waste of money and time is boat...

                      Warranty claim rejected due to product damaged

I proceeded to claim warranty and gave the product to delivery partner and now after 5days they mailed me that my claim has been rejected due to product damaged.                         I ordered Airdopes 141 worth 1349₹ from Boat Website and got defective product. I raised Replacement request and product gets picked up on 8 July.

                        New replaced product was supposed to reach within 7 days but it's been one month and I haven't received any product!

                          STORY of BOAT AIR BUDS 391 Lime . Escalation.

                          I have purchased boat airbuds & after 5 month I have faced problem in device and raised complain & book ticket in service center then after 15-20 day I got new device but it was not working.. 30-40 days I have again raised complain and given to service center as per my suitable time. but again 25-30 days got faulty item.. last time tentative 3 rd June I have again raised concern and your person collected device from my residence.. But after 32 days I got again faulty device..

                          Just I want to know is this your service..due to that reason few people not raise the voice. you have to take serious action on that. I have decided in further, I will not purchase boat device & nor recommend to my friends /collegue & family members to purchase this BRAND item..

                          Kindly looking this and resolve my problem in SOS basis.

                              I have ordered smart watch on 2nd aug for my brother’s birthday which is on 9th August, it is 5 days late as per delivery time . There is no proper contact point to seek help.
                              I can’t really do anything, just wait if it will reach.
                              I am highly disappointed as i think I have a huge amt of money by purchasing product from boat.
                              I can’t afford any other gift to my brother because i used all my savings for that product.

                                I'd purchased boat Bluetooth headphones in October 2021. But left side of my Bluetooth headphones is in fine condition but still not working properly. Although right side of my Bluetooth headphones has damaged by me but still it's working properly. So it's a technical default so I would be able for replacement but still representative at boat service centre at Vasai dist. Palghar is denying my request. If I'll not get replacement so unfortunately I've to register a complaint in consumer court.
