      I have request for warranty claim of my earphones.. Their was no wear and tear of wires of earphones.. but when they reached service center they are showing the wire of earphone is broken

          I purchased a boat stone 1200 f bluetooth speaker through order # 2323349 dated 03.07.2022. At the website of boat from where I purchased it online, it was described that one can play FM and play music through USB drive. But It does play music through USB and also unable to play FM.

            Hi Sir/Madam,
            On 22/06/2022 I placed an order of amount Rs.1149, but the transaction failed. I contacted the bank, but it was confirmed from the bank that the transaction was successful at the bank end.
            It would be helpful if you check the transaction from your end whether the payment is successful or not.

            The customer care number and email of Boat both are not working.

                  On 14th December 2022 around 2:00AM, i have purchased boAt Wave Connect from the boAt official website but haven't recieved any order ID or order confirmation message etc. My UPI refrence number is protected and my transaction amount was Rs 3599.10 done through GPay app. The screenshot showing the payment reciept is herewith attached to this complaint

                    I have raise a ticket[protected] on boat life style for reverse package pick up because,
                    airdopes bud was not working, one them was not getting charged at all and disconnect automatically while they in the case. So courier is received by Blue dart partner and AWB no was [protected]. In boat warranty claim it does not showed up they assign new delivery partner but i have already given it to boat so i have to cancelled the ticket eventually. Though Blue dart has delivered to Boat but order was not on record.
                    After calling customer care for 30 days, they resolve issue by accepting that there were issue. Then they return package against ticket[protected]. This time delivery partner was Delhivery and waybill number was[protected].
                    I got empty package by delhivery courier there was no product in the package

                            I ordered boAt BassHeads 103 on 18th June 2022. Payment was successfully completed through UPI (Google pay). I also recieved mail which shows that my order was confirmed and order id is #2211786. But when I tried to track my order, the order id given is showing to be invalid. The order section in my boAt account says that my payment is pending. Customer care is also unable to help me. It's been over 20 days, I am not getting any update over my order. They are not even delivering me that product. I want my product to be delivered or provide me refund as soon as possible.

                              Actually sir I had ordered a combo from your website of 1599 by tapish Agarwal perphaps I received only one item in combo and I had ordered boat airpods and Bluetooth but it comes of different companies so I want to return it and in website there is no option to return so please help me hope your understand me 🙏 help please

                                  I bought boat wireless earphones but after some time, I had an issue in one of the sides. I filed complaint and they picked my earphones but than they sent me messages that my earphones are physically damaged. They were absolutely fine when I sent it to the company. I tried to call them but nobody answered and very next day they sent a message that my earphones are returned via courier partners.
                                  They rejected my warranty claim just for their own benefit. Please do something regarding this.
