I have ordered boat airpodes 131 wireless (black) from boat website directly on sale upto now the product is not delivered at least or no status of the product when I track the product it shows the order is delivered. Order id is 2269735 and it was ordered on june 28, 2022. Upto now no response from boat not able to send email to given address or call customer care service number. When can I expect this resolved did anyone face same issue and guide me with process to get my product ?

I want Boat Rockerz 550 But I received Boat Rockers 330 and no help me can't receive my call . not a single response. So what can i do please call me [protected]

I placed an order for boAt Wave Connect | Bluetooth Calling Smartwatch on June 28, 2022. I received the product on 1st July 2022. However, there was some defect in the watch, whenever I tried powering off the watch, after 5 minutes the watch automatically gets powered on.
So I raised the complaint for replacement, and the product got picked up on 4th July, afterward, I received an SMS stating the replacement product will be dispatched and delivered within 5 to 7 working days, however, there is no communication. I have sent 4 time but there is no single reply.

But I wanted to change the colour so I immediately cancelled order .My order got cancelled successfully and I got message saying your payment will refund within 3 or 5 working days now its almost 12 days still no refund and not even responding my emails.

I purchased boat airdopes 131 on dated june 20, 2022 from flipkart but after 3 days i started facing problem as sound from one ear airdopes was not coming and getting some problems in charging also.
I therefore request you to do the needful as soon as possible because airdopes is under warranty period.

I Bought Boat wired earphone basshead 225 from Boat website as they said on website that buy from website for genuine and true quality product. But my product is very bad quality. The earphone I bought was supposed to be Extra super bass quality, but it has very bad quality. It has high tribble and very low bass. It sounds harsh and irritating. I believe that it is a fake product that the boat has delivered me. I don't want to replace fake products. I want my money back. Boat website forcefully given option of only replacement not return. I want to return the product because I have lost trust on the company website about genuine product.

Their customer care number and complaint email id are also fake. It says the detail number and mail does not exist.
