I placed an order of Boat airdopes 141 ( cian cider) - Bluetooth wireless earbuds on boat Official app of Rs 1499.00 on 08 June 2022 . I got a discount coupon code on the product and successfully made payment of Rs.1349.10 on 08 June 2022, 9:28 am via Net Banking (union bank of india Online).

But I did not received any confirmation of my order...

My earphone is in warrenty period but it is not working..so i want to exchange it with new earphone. kindly provide me immediately...

I send my boat rockerz 235v2 to boat for warranty claim. But they can't sending me back my earphones.
Service ticket no.[protected]...

My earphones boAt rockerz 255 neo not working properly. Sound from earphones is not clear. Please take action faster....

I requested for replacement of product on same day I recieved due to not suitable to me. As per Boat policy they have not replaced the product. If same product if i had purchase from other than their website they will happily do replacement. so I think it's my really bad discussion to buy it from boat lifestyle website....

This is Sampada. I booked rockerz bluetooth headset on 30 march, order number 1790342.
I didn't get any refund or parcel yet.

Waiting for refund, till the time I didn't get any update about refund process.

Due to some technical issues, I have closed my transacted bank account.
So kindly request you to please process my refund in my new account as soon as possible-

I'd ordered 2 Boat Airdopes on 9th June and on the same day I'd received a message that my order has been shipped. It's 17th June today and I didn't get any update from your side on my order nor received my order till now.
Please help me with this and give me update on my order or I'll report against your company.
Also attaching proofs below for your reference....

I ordered boat 402 Wireless Earbuds and the order is confirmed as Order#1034 but i didn't receive any confirmation email or message to phone number. I can't even track my order although my payment is successful....

But I did not received any confirmation of my order and was also not provided with order details.

Kindly look into my issue, either confirm my order...

I have ordered boat 255 neo yesterday but no confirmation recieved on my order...

Sir i ordered boat Rockerz 450 pro from Flipkart on 10th of June and got it on 13 th of June but when i am using it, it has flat sound and sound quality was poor. So sir i returned it and talked to Flipkart customer care but they said seller's policy is only for replacement, sir i want refund instead of replacement and my order's refund period is till 20th June. Still they are not giving my money back....

Product packaging is tored when I received the package, the seal was broken of packaging as well as the box is cut from a side....

Airdopes 441 :the right ear bud isn't working, Also power is getting drained quickly...

I need a order confirmation or refund as soon as possible....

Left side earbud not working properly...

Earbud inside mess has been detached from it. I need a replacement or repair for it...
