        I have ordered boat Basshead 103 earphone on 15 April and first they show the estimate delivery on 19 April and after that they extended the delivery date on 20 April. I also sent an email but not responded yet. As a Indian citizen this is my responsibility to share it with everyone that do not buy any product from boat official website becos they are very slow at responding customer issues and they must be expose on social media. Thanks

          At first, i bought avaante 550 bar from boat and got a torn packaging. i raised a replacement order, then I have received wrong replacement product with avante 500 bar inside. Surprisingly, the bills, the packaging details all got 550 written on it but inside the box there is 550 bar which is much cheaper than my original product. I ordered Avante bar 550 and got as my replacement avante bar 500.
          This is so much annoying. Now when i am going for a replacement option, it is showing no products available for return.
          Now what should I do with the avante 500? i have paid for the 550 bar. I received the replacement order today morning(sunday) with a wrong product that is 500 bar in it. Kindly take my complain to higher authorities.

            My Airdopes 131, right side isn't working anymore

            Hey,
            Bhavya this side, being a frequent customer, i purchased boAt Airdopes 131 (Black) recently, there were pairing issues frequently, but now the right side has completely stopped working. The product is still under 1year warranty.
            The company officials are requested to take appropriate action.

                Wrong replacement of product after warranty claim

                I had claimed warranty for my product boat air dopes 433 black. But as a replacement I had got boat air dopes 431 black which are cheaper than my product and are not working properly.
                I had complained again but after this I had got the same product which I had hand overed to the delivery boy. Firstly, I had they had repaired it but when I had used it still have the same issues.
                The company doesn't have a good customer service....

                I've placed an order(ID[protected] of Boat Airpodes 121v2 on 24th Mar'22 which was delivered to me on 27 Mar'22. Due to some defect in that good, I've been placed an exchange request to Boat on dated 03rd Apr'22 & same was picked up reversed from me on 4th Apr'22.The Product hasn't been delivered to me since that day.after 3 Days, Your courier partner handover this product to RTO.After my survey, Boat has been handover product on 12th Apr'22 having ticker id 20361008 & Your courier partner had confirmed me that they'd like to reshipped me within 48 Hours.
                Today, I got an message from your courier partner that "Your order has been dispatched & will deliver you shortly". After few seconds second notify that " your order could not be delivered due to reason- Not attempted-DTW"
                I want to ask you what the hell your & your courier partner are doing with customers, Why you all going to tease end user's sentiment.I was first user to buy the boat product with the intent to being deliver the quality product along with quality services, however, I'm feeling wrong somewhere.That company neither able to deliver me quality product in first time nor they able to delivering me the product on time,
                Even my money's are also blocking with you guyz, I've been really worst experiencing with your staff member, Non one able to assist me, Boat pass onus on Courier partner for undleivered & vice-versa.
                Around One month going to soon, My product is yet undelivered to me.I just wanted to either returned my goods today or just compensate me .

                    My name is pallavi contact number is [protected]..the product received order no 1818582..I ve received the product from the website boat ..I ve kept for the replacement ..and the delivery boy number is [protected] came to pick up the product...he picked up and went..he Said that I ll get a sms...for replacement..which I dnt get..yesterday 13/04/2022..he called and saying he missed my product from the bag..he can't do anything..he is trying to cheat me ...by telling all the stories..and he is making me fool..I have paid Rs 1273/-and got the product...I ve kept for the replacement and sent the product with delivery guy .. it's not my mistake..delivery boy is cheating..I need my product or money back . .plz do the needful.

                      secondly, one earbud stopped working.

                              My product was not working properly, and itvqas under warrant period so i drop a complaint about it and they picked up my old product for replacement product, but they didn't give any product till now, even they drop an email to me and said your product has delivered on 19th march 2022 but i didn't receive any product from boat, then I connected with boat customer service agent they said wait for 1 week, and I am calling them regularly they are saying always wait for it and our backend team is currently working on it but I didn't get any update about it till today

                                  This item is supposed to be delivered 3 days ago but the xpressbees people kept it for themselves and updated the status without my consent to " customer wants future delivery" tried them via email contact numbers but no response. Then they changed the status to out of delivery but never contacted me . This Xpressbees is a pathetic service which doesn't have any decency to call the customer and they r keeping all packages to themselves without delivering it to customers,

                                  Please take action against these pathetic xpressbees and arrange immediate delivery of my pakage.

                                  Boat is not taking any action against xpressbees partner.
                                  I want boat to Send my pakage via any other delivery people . Since boat is the one responsible for my product and money. Take action against xpressbees and boat.

                                  Same case is happening with me! Bluedart company is showing that the product is out for deliver even in you tracking side but the delivery boy is not contacting me, and updating, my number is unreachable i hve provided alternative no. Also but still no respinse, they kept for themselves now its past 3 days late, still not delivered neither any update about it! Kindly start to process my refund as its not delivered today im going to cancel it. Highly disappointed !
