    With due respect,

    Boats product of 411 ANC is defective and i earnestly request you to please change my model and give me a different model or process a refund

    I bought Boat 411 ANC via website on 23rd March.
    The product i received was defective having two major problems
    1. Not taking charge.
    2. Not disconnecting while putting it back inside charging case.

    I asked for a replacement and they replaced it.

    The replaced product had the same two problems as the previous one.

    As the model itself is a defective one I am tired of replacing it each and every time.

    They didn’t provide any solution other than approving for a replacement.

    Now how can I keep on replacing my product lifetime.

    I tweeted them in twitter and they replied that they have no Refund policy only can replace a product.
    My problem is why the products are not Verified before Shipping

      I was ordering earphones and when i go for payments my money jas been deducted but order wasn't placed due to some technical glitch. So please provide me the refund . I am adding the proof of the payment

        As I register complain on wed portal, after 5 6 day products was pickup by courier and courier bay say required original box with products, I hand over to him and on 22 mar i recived rockerz 330pro neck band without box and accessoriesad looking like old scratchess on products and i drop email regarding this to her company and over call to customers support he say it will solve in 48 hours but no reply was recived and dail say will working on it and not today 31 mar he say complain will be closed and register new complain
        And cut the call and use bad words
        Very bad service boat😡
        And without solve or contact me he closed my complain

                I ordered 2 pairs of Boat earphones "Boat bassheads 103".
                The sound quality is different in each earphone.
                One is too low almost to negligible while the other one is higher with noise.
                Didn't expect this from such an overhyped brand. Very disappointed.
                It came with one year warranty but seriously it is a headache for me to pursue with the replacement / return.

                  I ordered a wired earphone from boat but quality of that earphone is low so that make a request for return and talked to the customer care and returned it but they said they won't return it because of their policy.
                  But then they have not returned anything to me neither earphone nor my money then after long time I called them they said they escalate my product but still I am waiting for product or money.
                  Now I don't need product and also don't need money but a fine for let me waiting for soo much time and also wasting my time for calling and writing mails.

                          Dear sir,

                          I have purchased a Boat company Head phone on[protected] And got warranty six months, but after opening the product I got sound problem. When i went for exchange the same, they told me we could not able to exchange the same, I request you kindly sort out the same at the earliest.

                          I have visited Sangeetha Mobile show room at Vijay Nagar M C Road Bangalore. They are doing fun, they are not bother about customers.
                          I will never ever visit the Sangeetha Mobile show room.

                          They are totally frawd people who steal people’s money. All low quality products they sell and charges very high rate. So I request to all please don’t purchase any mobile from their. They make a frawd also with me.

                          The other bad thing about Sangeetha stores is that they publish some exciting mouth watering deals to pull the customers in and once you go and talk to them about the deal, they will start quoting the conditions to claim the deal, which is not practically possible for 95% of the customers.

                          It is a complete unethical way of going back after they sold the phone and the area sales manager also didn’t bother to respond. No care attitude by the staff..

                          After I speaking with customer care they people giving me the same dirty response.. I've not seen this type response in other branches...

                          I dont find any value in these stores. specially in "VIJAYA NAGAR" RPC Layout M C ROAD

                            This is my second complain because there's no improvement in my complaint .
                            I had complained about fraud from my account because your agency has shared my personal information and they theft 10, 580 rupees from my personal account .
                            If consumer complaint can't help me then I've to knock the door of RTI for negligence of consumer complaints . Please remind the boat company I'm in huge loss and tell them to stop these things as many o[censored]s getting in this false trap .

                                I Was Placing An Order For BoAT Rockers 333 Pro On 03.03.2022 At Their Website Boat-Lifestyle.Com. I Made Payment Of Rs. 1349.10 Via Paytm AT 08:29 Pm (Paytm Order ID: [protected]-[protected], Wallet Ref. No. [protected]), However, Order ID For The Same Was Not Generated By The Website. I Emailed Them At [protected]@Imaginemarketingindia.Com Regarding Refund Of My Deducted Payment On 04.03.2022, 08.03.2022 & 16.03.2022. Now, More Than 03 Weeks Have Gone By, Still Waiting For Refund Of My Deducted Amount.

                                  I have ordered boat headphone from it's website on 2rd of February 2022 and then cancelled it with a order id #1535718

                                  It's been more than one and half month and no refund recived.

                                  I have mailed them several times but no response recieved.

                                  I have also called them but it is of no use

                                  I want my refund asap...

                                    Hello,

                                    I'm using boat sound bar and my remote is not working and i asked boat to send me a new remote but 3 times they sent me a different remote and 3 times technician visited my home and telling me to wait for another 1 week and this is totally unacceptable. Without my permission technician came to my place and opened the sound bar screw. I want boat to provide me with the new sound bar at the earliest.

                                        I ordered 02 X Airdopes from boat website on 17th March & 23th March and it's been more than 2 days and I have not even received a orded ID through mail or phone number. Customer care number is not reachable. I now want to cancel it but unable to do so and no communication can be made with their customer care
