I placed an order of "1 BOAT ROCKERZ 255 neo active black BLUETOOTH EARPHONES SET" on 14/03/2022 on BOAT's official website. The MONEY WAS DEDUCTED TWO TIMES from my bank account but the ORDER WAS NOT PLACED and THERE WAS NO CONFIRMATION OF THE ORDER.

I have attached the Screenshot of the Transaction ID from PhonePe in this mail. Kindly check it from your side and Refund my money at the earliest.

    I have done an order by mistakely, and because of not working day of the Boat company I was unable to cancel that. And next day when i tried to cancel that order, customer care representative said that We cannot cancel your order.

      I have a Boat Bassheads 220 Molten Orange Wired headphone whose right side is not working. I tried to register complain for warranty but i am unable to register as it is showing mobile number not verified. I am receiving the OTP but the there is no further window to enter the OTP.
      I've tried more than 10 times with my phone as well as my laptop the same problem is occuring everytime.

        I bought 121 V2 one and a half year ago. The earbuds of right side stopped working after 6 months, so i exchanged it as the warranty period still exist. Now the exchanged earbuds are also not working . Is there anything i can do about this

          But no any confirmation given to me from Boat
          And no any New Product given to me by Boat

          Boat Stone 1000 speaker charging issue

          Hello Team,

          I am using boat stone 1000 wireless Bluetooth headphone. Suddenly it is having issue with charging. we tried to change cable and other adapter but speaker is not charging. There is no any charging LED showing as well.

          After checking multiple time, I found that charging plug is having issue. I have visited service center but they refuse to accept speaker and said it is a damage.

          The left bud from the product stopped working within two days of purchase . i emailed the right authority for refund but haven't received a word back .

            My Uncle Mr. Mansoor Ahmed have had ordered boAt Vertex Smartwatch Deep Blue Order ID no. : OD[protected]
            On Flipkart Order Date:[protected]
            The product had some issues with the sensors on the back of the watch and it was unable to show heart rate etc.

            On 12th March 2022 I, Tauseef Shaikh submitted the product to the boAt Service centre at Andheri West. (Attached warrenty ticket status Screenshot from 12 to 16 March 2022)

            On 16th March 2022 My uncle Mr Mansoor Ahmed got this message from boAt on WhatsApp
            [ Dear customer,
            We are pleased to inform you that your replacement product has been delivered to your registered address.
            In case of any queries, you can chat with us on the whatsapp number +91 [protected] or call us on +91-[protected]. You can also email us at [protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com. - Team boAt ]

            And recieved the box from Mr Pawan Ashok Vidhate (contact no. [protected] ) by XpressBees
            [ Pawan Ashok Vidhate([protected]) is waiting at your address to deliver order from IMAGINE MARKETING with AWB:[protected] Kindly come to receive it, Delivery confirmation Code- 975675. XpressBees ]

            My Uncle opened the box and it was empty from inside I've shared the photo down .
            I Tried to contact the given Boat customer service no.
            One of the no. Was switched off and other was landline no. Which was answered by computer and was unable to take my complain and solve my issue.

            I'm requesting the boAt services to please look up to the issue and solve my problem my uncle need his product back.

              These are the details and they shared my information with some fraudister or by any mean, the fraudister called me and told me that my order is on hold and said to pay the bill only after that they can deliver the order and I urged to pay and after that no payment was done but my account was in NIL.

                    My airdopes 281 which was warrantyed and was upgraded to a airdopes 391 now I cant even warranty now as whenever I give the old invoice of the airdopes 281 it says not considered as package is in a shipping label when i give a digital invoice eve n when I contacted the customer care they told me to select airodpes 281 but even then this occured and the products break and stop working in less than 3 months very poor quality of products

                                I ordered boAt Airdopes 141 white under the order no. Order No. 164964, on 27th Feb.
                                Received used and faulty product.
                                Replacement order placed and they took the product and now its more than 10 days I haven’t got any response.
                                No response on mail.
                                No customer support.

                                I called on their customer support number they dont have customer support executives to speak up.
                                I even contacted the service centers mentioned on their sites even they couldn’t help me.

                                I happen to mail them 5 times but still no revert.
                                Then i happen to out this issue on their official twitter account still i got not so satisfactory answer.

                                I want a brand new product as i have paid for it.

                                I want them to compensate for the delay and the unavailabilty they have provided.
