    I bought boat company item ie.Boat Rockerz 400 (nearby a year ago)and I am writing this to bring your kind attention towards that item.Unfortunately, your item has not performed well. It has bluetooth connectivity issues. It can't switch it into wireless mode. It's power switch off randomly.
    I hereby request you to please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

      It wasn’t working so i made a request of replacement, they approved it and sent a me again but the same product and now their is no return or replacement showing.
      That’s so irritating and frustrating.

        I have ordered boat bassheads 100 earphones from CRED on 02.02.2022 but, Still product not deliver. Today i have received a whasaap massage from cred that material successfully delivered but physically material not received till time.

            Left side Airdope not working

            I bought Boat Airdopes 281 pro in August 2021. Recently the left side of airdopes has stopped working. When I went to official website of the company to claim warranty it displayed that the mobile number is not verified whereas I received the OTP from the company itself moments ago....

            Rockkers 235v2 Bluetooth headphones while using automatic disconnected and reconnecting also while in attending call it's very irritating issues and left side wire is automatically stripping out from cable so asked in service centre they informed to mail you for warranty claim I have attached the wire photo for reference so i requested you please refund the warranty headphones

              Regarding warranty replacement with an alternative product

              I had boat rockerz 335 . It stopped charging after 2 months
              I registered a complaint with boat and they promptly responded. While filling the complaint i was asked what product I would prefer as an alternative in case the same product isn't available and I had opted for boat airdopes 441 . Doorstep pickup was arranged and i was updated about events by mail and sms . After checking at service centre i was sent a mail saying the same...

                    My product was boat rockerz 270v2 i was facing some issues in that so.
                    I have registered a complaint on[protected] with ticket no 4277041 and the boat sent me its replacement BR 295v2 without my confirmation the i called at customer care no. and they said if you don't want BR295v2 so please don't accept the courier and return it to boat the same i did because i don't want BR 295v2.

                    Further after 1 month or much follow up they sent another replacement of the product which was the same BR 295v2 again i contacted to customer care and they said please register a new complaint and will replace it the same i have registered the complaint but my warranty has expired now on February 2 2022, and they rejected my complaint .

                    I don't no haw they can reject it if my previous complaint is still not resolve.

                    Please do the needful.

                        I had sent my Boat earphones for a replacement on warranty which was picked up by Xpressbees on 31st January 2022. On the 5th of February it showed as out for delivery and on the same evening it showed as WHHandover. The status of the product is being showed as delivered even though I've not received the product nor any email or SMS regarding delivery of the product.

                              I have been waiting for the watch on my delivery date it was late and after receiving it was not as per my expectations and their courier partner employee was also very rude and so I am very much tired with all these issues and I am not satisfied with your product and services . When I called thier customer care about rude behaviour and denial to pick up my parcel they told me to mail on ur emai. I have called them several times, emailed them 15 times, tweeted to thier account, Svereal DM's but they only reply that they will not refund they will reship the product in 24 hours every time they say that they will reship the product in 24 hpurs but it is now 2 months till now they have not shipped the product and now they are not giving me refund and also not providing me the product .

                              please help me .

                                  Hello All,

                                  Following up again with a new ticket id raised as discussed over the call with Ms Preeti.

                                  Raised a new ticket Id: 4834355, suggested by boat customer care and the pickup boy decline to take that product. Stating that this is different product.
                                  Bhai mera bhi concern, but us product ko dekh k pick up boy ne mana kar liya pick up se. But hum customer ka kya jinko open kar k refuse karne ki Authority nahi.

                                  I have ordered a Boat Bluetooth Stone 650 red from Amazon and while using it was encountered with an issues - it was not turning on.
                                  I visited the service center and submitted the product for replacement/repair. With ticket ID: 4745233.

                                  I received the courier and found a non branded product in Boat speaker box. I immediately called the courier boy and inform this but he suggested to reach out to customer care as he can't help. Courier boy number +[protected]

                                  I have emailed all the pics and my concerns to the requested mail id. ([protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com)

                                  I am following up multiple times but had no luck, all the time i am advised to follow a new process.

                                  Please have a look into this issue and provide the product which I have paid for.

                                    I am not able to register the complaint through the boAt website as it is saying my mobile number is not verified. i m receiving the OTP but its not showing any box to enter the OTP and hence I m able to proceed. Please fix the technical glitch.
