We have ordered Boat smart watch amount deducted on Paytm but order is not confirmed when i booked through your website, i dont have order id also. So if possible generate order id and deliver product as soon as possible or else please return our money back.

Purchased boat airdopes 131 black from boat lifestyle site in feb end this year.
However since last week the right earbud is not switching on at all. There is no light indication on it also. Just the left earbud is working. This product is under warranty and can be replaced. So I contacted boat customer care and informed them the same.

I give my boat party 20 15w speaker with ticket number 3389884. And in starting service centre say to me "provide soon" but now not give satisfying ans to me and i have very tired from this process because service centre picup call above to 30 min.
