My ticket number - 2339757
I issued a replacement for my product Boat rockerZ 255 in the month of May 2021. As my product was within warranty period so I mailed to the boat company and got the reply that my defective product will be taken by a delivery man and then replacement will be issued.
The defective product was taken from me, and till now I haven't recieved my product. My ticket has also been closed saying that my product has been delivered . I mailed so many times but didn't got any reply.
I hope that now I can rely on this and my issue will be resolved. This was a really pathetic experience.

    I placed an order for boat 402 with the discount code flat15 on 10.11.2021 unfortunately the order did not get placed but the money was deducted from my account. after days of mailing and following up with the customer care I received a mail that gave the reference id and said that the refund is initiated and settled on 16.11.2021 though I received this mail on 23.11.2021, I have not received the refund yet, I kindly request them to refund the money .

        I received my BOAT STONE 850 today i.e 30th Nov, 2021 and I'm not satisfied with the product so i want to refund this product so I called their customer support team and a executive picked up the call and they did'nt resolved my issued and disconnected the call and behaved in a bad way.
        They are not refunding this product. How can I keep this product with me if I'm not satisfied with it's performance. Please help me.

        Please resolve my issue and give me a refund against this product.

          I have purachased a boat earphone from flipkart and within 5 month it's mic stopped working. I complained against it and my item was replaced and they gave me non working sumsung earphone in the box of boat.it is totally fraud happened with me.

            The item was ordered on nov 16 and the due delivery was on nov 26 .the order after it was couriered there were no further updates
            And on going to the local courier office they said it was returned back

              I have ordered boat rockerz on 26th november, but still my order is not dispacted and every day they are just increasing the delivery time by one day. Also they don't provide option to cancel the order. No customer care number, nothing. Worst company to buy from .

                              I purchased this product in April and has 1 year warranty. In July the ear phones stopped working and it was replaced with new ones. But again suddenly one ear stopped working. request you check and replace the item.

                                  I want to cancel the order for the reason, pickup secdule is cancelling since 2 days from boat nominated warehouse. It is getting very late and the purpose of purchase is going to NULL.

                                  I was not aware about boat and their courier partner 's pethetic service at all.
