I have purchased BoAt Rockerz 335 smart-buds ocean blue on July 08 2021. The product stopped working on October 25 2021, tried to reach customer care 6+ times unable to connect to representative, disconnect after 10-15 minutes hold stating will receive a call back, never received one.
Registered warranty complaint on official website under service ticket number 3833094. The complaint product picked up under tracking #[protected]***. I have registered my complaint with my product with my invoice. The replacement is accepted and delivery confirmed with a different inferior product named as boat rockerz 255, contacted customer time 6-10 times connected to a rep where she stated the product I bought is no longer available in stock hence alternative product sent.
1. I didn't receive any product till now.
2. My non working product is in transit to boat address
3. I want my product to be service or replaced or refunded not to be replaced with substandard low priced alternative.
4. No call back/ response received for the emails I have sent to boAt emailing addres mentioned by customer service agent.
