I have registered a complaint on my boat rockerz 335 bluetooth headset with warranty claim 17 sep 2021. They picked up the device and now its about 1 month, they didn't even replace my device
The boat team says that the complaint is resolved in 12 to 24 days but till now our product has not been sent back to us. We contacted the boat team.We tried several times to contact the boat team but did not get any reply, mailed, no reply, not response from customer care.
If you mail the team, then this auto-generate mail just comes. "Your request for escalation of your service ticket number 3451703 has been successfully sent to our team for an update and a possible resolution."

I registered the complain for boat Rockerz 338 on 2nd September 2021 .
The ticket ID is : 3604104
I received mail saying I've been offered upgraded product Rockerz 385
V2 on 14th October but no message from that day I've received. No reply to the mails I've been posting and also customer service number there is no status of the product. Its been a month and the check status of your warranty ticket is showing the old information only. Please kindly reply.
