Hi i have a Rockerz 370 black color and after every 5 min o[censored]sage my ears burn like hell so i suggest next time of manufacturing the cushion should be cotton soft

i don't require any replacements nothing because i am 14

      I registered a complaint today (5nov ) then I got a mail with id which was addressed on Aug 6 and been resolved. This is happening with my previously complaints as well.Please look into the attachments.
      Complaint regarding my watch was not resolved yet. As this was happening since 1 month. I took this watch because of the brand reputation and warenty.There is no proper response even though warenty period is not extended.
      Please look into this issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

        Hi I purchased boat Strom watch on July 2nd, it is not working properly now. It has the warenty for 12 months. This is the 4th complaint I'm registering since a month. All the complaints are getting cancelled without a proper check.I want my warenty claim or the watch working.
        Please take the necessary actions as soon as possible.

            Dear Concern,

            I hereby would like to inform you that I had purchased a Boat Rockerz Bluetooth headset on[protected] but yesterday on[protected] the wires and the wire cover got damaged together. Now how can a wire and its cover get damaged within 7 to 8 months and I have used this bluetooth headset hardly 7 to 8 times in the span of 7 to 8 months.

            Now when visited the servicing centre at Guwahati, Paltan Bazar they told since it was a physical damage with the wires it won't be replaced. Now both the wire cover and the wires got damaged simultaneously and the now i am being told that it won't be replaced. Now how can a company like Boat manufacture such a pathetic quality product which damages within 7 to 8 months. Now i want a replacement for my product at any cost.

            The invoice and the picture of the headset are attached for your reference.

            Kindly look into the matter.

              I, Ritika Duhan ordered boat airpodes 621 black for boat website on 1 November 2021.My order number is 999992 .Delivery date was 4 November but it came on 3 November.I was not able to take delivery on 3 November.So the delivery person returned my airpodes to boat.Till now i dont get any refund.I just want to know when will i get refund.Boat customer service please look into this matter and help me in getting my refund as soon as possible

                My boat rockerz 335 navy blue were not working but were still in warrenty so i registered my conplaint with boat customer service, they attended my complaint and send a delivery boy fron expressbees for collecting my earphones. After continuously tracking the earphones for 10 days, i found that the product has been wh handover but i haven't received my earphones!!!
                I want my earphones back😠😠😠

                The mail, he flashed to me Dear boAthead, We understand how important your Rockerz 335/338 is in your everyday routine for enjoying music and attending meetings online. However, we would like to inform you that, the Rockerz 335/338 is temporarily discontinued due to production challenges and hence we are unable to provide the same for warranty replacement purposes. As a result of the aforementioned situation, we would like to offer you Rockerz 330(“Similar product”) which has a 30 Hours battery backup, premium build, ASAP charging and dual pairing capability. In case of any queries, please revert back to this mail within 48 hours.

                      I received a Bluetooth headphones on 28 July 2021 I have mic problem on 3 Oct 2021 and I received my new exchanged product on 2 Nov 2021 today date is 5 Nov 2021 I have problem in headphones that my headphones disconnect and off automatically..and the volume of the Bluetooth while call is very low... totally disappointed plz give proper explanation for it..

                        I have ordered boat airpodes on 2 Nov, 2021 from boat website directly on sale upto now the product is not shipped at least or no status of the product when I track the product it shows the order id is not found

                                Before I begin, I'd like to state that this is my first and final purchase from boat and that I will never purchase another product after this horrible experience.

                                On the 8th of September, I filed a complaint about Rokerz 335 on the boat's complaint site, and the merchandise was picked up on the 11th of September.
                                After receiving no answer, I contacted on September 20th to inquire about the situation.

                                Then, on September 23rd, I received an email and message informing me that I would be receiving a different product in place of the original since production had ceased, but I asked a refund.

                                After receiving no answer on the 28th of September, I emailed again to inquire about the situation.

                                They emailed me on September 30th with three options: Boat Rockerz 255 pro plus, Boat Rockerz 330, and Boat Airdopes 381 or a refund based on use.
                                The boat rockerz 255 pro plus was my choice.

                                I also contacted customer support, but the first time they told me that I had asked for a refund and that I would receive it in 7 days and that a confirmation email would be given to me after the call.

                                However, following a second conversation, the other person stated that your bank information were missing, so I emailed them as well.

                                After receiving no answer from them, I emailed them on the 7th and 13th of October, respectively.

                                I called customer support again, and they informed me that you have not sent us any correspondence from your end.

                                So I emailed them again with the information, and they replied that they had received my email and that you will be receiving a confirmation email after the call (which has not been sent till now).

                                Now it is November, and I have not received my refund despite filing a complaint on September 8th.

                                I simply want my money back.

                                    I ordered boat earbuds from their official website on October 23, 2021 which was to be delivered by them on October 25, 2021. On tracking the product through delivery agent, the status shows product missing in audit. Despite tracking with boat & delivery agent for 7 continuous days I asked for refund when the product is still not delivered, the refused for the same too. I was not aware that such a big company is involved in such fraudulent activities. The customer care at boat are very much inefficient and they have no access to any information. I think we have more information than them. Specially Abhivek, the senior executive on call kept on repeating the same thing as I have called a recorded line. The customer care is pathetic. They don't have access to delivery partner even after 7 days. I don't understand how common people can contact them.
                                    Request you all to be aware & don't buy boat products ever.
