    Product has been picked up successfully on 13th may and it has been delivered to Bhiwandi mumbai on 17th of may. I have attached the screenshot.

    I did everything told by customer care executives. Called them 30-35 times in last six months. Every-time they say same thing thing that I will get replacement within few days and no need to call back. Now they are saying that they did not received my product. They gave me four new email addresses and asked me to send my complaint but never received any call back or email from them.

    Its so frustrating to call them so many times and still stuck on same issue. As per company policy it says replacement will be issued within 20 days, but its more than six months still no single callback or mail or actual replacement.

        I was purchased boat sound bar before 3 months back. And I was raised the complaint on date 10/10/21 and after 4 days later technition visit at home.
        . I called to customer care then after 4 days later technition visit on that day. He checked the product and told me panel was defect, will replace the panel. After that day today 5th day complete I don’t receive any Msg, Any call .
        And still my problem is not solve.
        I m really very dispointed about your customer service.

            For not delivering my prepaid order since 20 days of booking

            I ordered a wireless 102 earphone black on 28 September and prepaid the order also. On 13 th October I called boat customer care and they told me that product is still in warehouse since 15 days of my order. They assured me that in 3 days it will be out of warehouse and reach my house in 6 days but after 3 days ie. today 18th October the product is still in warehouse and I told the customer care to cancel the product and refund my money....

                  I bought Bluetooth neckband named rockerz 335 which started having problem after 1 month, They didn't had any service center in my home location so i tried to contact the help line number but it took 3 days before i can get a answer then i came to know a service center in my father's office
                  city so i send the Bluetooth neckband with him but it is nearly 1 month but i did not got my neckband back and i came to know that the product i bought is defected by their side and they upgraded my neckband which i don't know is a upgrade or degrade but it is something as i did not hear anything from them in 2 weeks till now i did not got my neckband back. On their site it is showing it has dispatch for 3 days.

                    I have been trying to contact the boat store in kochi, i had call them several times and they are not giving any reply i wanted to get an enquiry about a headphone.If they are not interested in picking the call for what case are they providing the number for making fun of people.Train you staff to give some respect towards your costumers.

                      Aur nahi dene par request cancel karke chala ja raha raha hai.
                      Jabki aapki company ke taraf se full details me likha hua hai.do not hand over accessories & product box.
                      Only hand over product.
                      Fir delivery boy kyu mere se mang Raha hai.product box and ear plugs and product box and accessories.
                      Mere hishab se is tarah ke logon se aapki business me asar padega.
                      Aur agar customer khus nhi rahega to aapki boAt company nhi chal sakti.

                      Aise delivery boy ko please change karrawayi kariye aap log apne taraf se.
                      Please mera product jald se jald return liya jaya .aur box accessories mere se manga na jaye.

                                When i contacted to boat customer care regarding warranty they told me u have purchased it from unauthorized seller. So now i have contacted to amazon regarding this issue. They told me take service denial letter or mail from boat and share it with us. Boat is not even giving it. Thay are not giving the reason in mail. In mail they only showed invalid invoice not anything about unauthorized seller

Recently complain registered regarding charging. Due to charging not support by speaker . But Service Team without checking. He returned. I am very unhappy. Due to 1st such type working by Service Team in company. I request you to please look another customer loss by company. Your company reputation is good but Service Team is very bad and not proper resolve problem. This complaint at my end last time and in future don't suggest for buy boats products to friends
