    Replacement Product Issued Ticket status updated on 29th September after that didnt get any update. I am mailed didnt get any response. Customer care didnt picked my phone call.

    I had registered complaint on 22 September with a ticket number 3493010. The product was collected from me on 23th September and the service center received on 29th of september. when i check in boat website with my ticket. I saw that on 5th the agree for replacement but till now there is no change in replacement
    Till now i didn't receive my product,
    I called service center 100 times no one answers my call, no one replied my mails.

      The estimated delivery date was 6 oct but today is 9 october, I tracked my order it is returing to RTO . Talking to customer care from last 3 days no response from their side.

      They refund the money to my account back without any call and email. There was just a SMS that "your product had been cancelled, and we are refunding your money back".

        I bought a pair of BoAt earphones in Dec 2020 which had a one year warranty. Recently, the wires had started wearing out and both the sides became non-functional. I had the invoice I got from Flipkart while purchasing these earphones. I had sent a email to [protected]@imaginemarketingindia.com requesting for a replacement. Within 8 days, I got a new product delivered to my doorstep. The entire process was very seamless. BoAt arranged to pick up the defective product from my home, checked it and sanctioned a replacement which was then delivered to my home. I was regularly updated of the progress through email and sms. I felt very happy and I am very satisfied with their prompt service. They made my day :)

            I ordered Boat airdopes 131 on 18th September and cancelled it on the same day. I did online payment of Rs. 1299. It's 8th of October now, and I am yet to receive my amount back. I called the customer care number, they responded and assured my 7 days after my cancellation. It's going to be almost a month. I request the company to refund my amount as soon as possible.

              Hi,

              I bought the above mentioned bluetooth headset from Flipkart on 27th April 2021 for INR 1799.
              It has a warranty of 1 year on it.

              The left earpiece does not work at all even after a 3 hour charging. The right earpiece works for only half an hour. I feel my money got wasted. I would be happy with a refund or a replacement.

                I purchased a Boat Sund Aavante 1500 bar online. It stoped working after 5 months. After 7 days of the complaint I raised, a service engineer came with the repair parts, which turned out to be not compatible with my model.

                Since then I am waiting waiting from 1.5 months. Whenever I call or email, the ask me to wait for 24-48 hours.

                            I purchase boat rockerz 330 on 26 may and i pay by my bank account order cancel automatically on 3 june and till now i dont receive my refund costumer service is very poor they say my payment gateway is paytm but i pay via my bank credit card and i sent bank statement also and they say refund done by are side but I don't receive yet and bank also not send refund message ticket id - #405808

                                    I have ordered Boat Basshead 162 wired earphones through Boat lifestyles official website having Order Number 860942 on 28th September, 2021 which was to be delivered by 2nd October, 2021. The delivery partners involved are Shiprocket and Delhivery Courier.

                                    After several complaints and follow ups, the product was delivered on 6th October, 2021 but there is nothing in the packet when I opened....
