THIS IS THIRD TIME, I HAVE LODGED A COMPLAINT, AND BOAT REJECTED WITH SAME REASON.

Rs. 999.00 DOES NOT MAKE A SENSE BUT THE BEHAVIOUR OF A BRAND MAKING FOOL EVERY TIME IS CONCIRN FOR THE NEXT PURCHASE...

I ordered this earphones in june, delivered date 17-06-21, but now mic is not working...

I'm facing problem when I connect my airdopes with my mobile phone. These airdopes are not visible in bluetooth settings of my phone from 2 days, so I'm claiming my warranty...

My airbuds 402 is pickup by xpressbees on 14 sep and they delivered on 20 sep
But boat not return it yet....

I raised my warranty comlaint ... on 12 augst.. but shipment is still pending please help me out...

Why my shipment is not prossesed yet....

First I purchase a bluetooth device of boat I.e boat rockerz 335 but after 15days it's not working properly so I gave it to boat service center I.e. noida. After register a complaint after 25 days I got the Airdopes 381 active black instead of boat rockerz 335. But after 3 4 days airdopes is also not working. I call customer care but u guys are responding my call. So what I do for now please solve my problem Asap....

We placed an order on 06 SEPT 2021 for BOAT Airdopes 131 - Wireless Earbuds (ordered copy attached). But we didn't receive any update on the status of the order.
When we are trying to track the order it is only showing one message ("Your order is yet to be dispatched from our warehouse. Please try again later once your order is dispatched:).

This item has not been dispatched yet. It was mentioned...

I ordered Boat Rockerz 550 headphones on 13th July 2021 and received on 17th July 2021, slowly the product creating trouble like one side not working and volume will be low during wired condition, so I raised replacement request on 08th August 2021 and got a sudden call from a guy for pick up of the product on 10th August 2021 while I was at work...

Aavante bar 1550b120w blue tooth speaker problem, power failure problem...

Not oarikeinga boat handset only off no on...

The above mentioned msg was from boat team after replacement till now not received or no response from both side boat and xpress bee courier.

I live in bareilly(243122) and i bought boat rockerz 235 V2 black model from flipkart in november 2020 under the warranty period i want replacement because the product is not working .
I have visited the available vission electrosystem service center 6-7 times in the past 2 months but everytime the guys there give me a different excuses for not exchanging it...my residence is 10km far from the service center and it is very difficult...

It has only been 3 weeks since i bought boat rockerz 550 from amazon and now the power button is not working which means that i cant use the headphones because of the malfunctioning of the power button...
