I had made an order from atiya herbs and paid them 3000, but I have not received the products yet or our payment refund....

Atiya herbs is using my number i.e [protected] for the contact & product delivery whereas there is another number which is already registered with them which places order but the delivery agents & customer care always calls on my number, this is becoming irritating, I tried informing the customer care but still no changes has been made.

I need my number to be removed from this scenario.

I ordered a product (Hakeem Suleman Khan's T Care) online from your website on 20/04/2023 but till now it has not been delivered to me and i did the online payment through Gpay (UPI transaction id[protected]......

My motger had taken medicin from atiya herbs 1 months back for knee paid and they have given 3 months medicin in rs 8600.
After 1 month of medicin there is no releif and we fot6 a follow up call from their repersentatve..Ms sofia
and then from Dr Saurabh ..he said earlier medicin was given by ms sophia who is new and incompetent and will send us new medicin and charged us rs 7600 again for medicin.
After we recd medicin...

My mom ordered F3 capsules but atiya herbs gave a wrong product to us and scammed us . They took nearly 3600/- rupees n gave the wrong product. When my mom registered complaint on them not single complaint but many they didn't felt to see at it and solve the problem. They are fraud. Eating poor peoples money won't give u more success. The viewers to this atiya herbs please be careful becoz they r total fraud and scammers ....

Most Irresponsible and Unprofessional Unani Pharmaceutical company that 'does not care' about it's reputation and value at all. It does not bother them that a huge Syndicate gang involving 'high scale Medical and Financial Fraudulent Activity' is being run using their founder "Hakim Suleman's Identity". Highlighting this company's utmost Negligence, it has absolutely "no clue" till date that how come it's patients' encrypted data/information...

I have ordered super power t care medicine but I recieved t care and haldi plus, I have used t care and those were not effective to me i want to return it or replace it by super power t care.
I am continiously following up for Dr. Neeraj who consulted me that medicine but department told that they will call me, but so far no call has come.
Such irresponsible behaviour breaks trust and confidence on such reputed organization....

I have purchased herbal medicine from atiya herbs website and made e payment tthrough CCAVENUE, delivery partner is asking for COD, why is this cod after making online payment....

We ordered our medicine, Akhrotpraash but found pack of medicine with open internal seal.
please send our medicine in intact form as soon as possible

We are continously following up for the past 2 days but no action yet

Today my parents has order some knee pain medicine and after 02 hours i have cancel the order because my parent have gastric issue and many of the medicine they are not able to take due to acidity problem. So i called customer care and informed to cancel the order because i am not satisfied and confirm about the medicine content. Also there is no research paper available, which confirms that eating black gond will benefit in knee pain.br...

I have ordered some other medicine but I recieved Bamboo plus and L care
Bamboo plus and L care I have used it 3 months and those were not effective to me

I talked to complaints department regarding the wrong product send replace the said product.i ordered three product first one is RCare Majoon, second one Kalonji shampoo third one is chilgoza gond but send gond moringa. Pls replace the product. In place of gond moringa.need chilgoza gond....

I have order the L care product through online on 2 October 2018 by making the payment online net banking for the amount of Rs 1715 payment method CCAvenue but amount got debit from my account and i have not receive the product yet can you please go through the attachment which show payment made successfully but I have receive the product yet please refund the money or deliver the product are else I going to complaint...

This is ridiculous to point out that after 10 days of order, medicines are not yet delivered.
I got message from delivery.com that i refused to take the order. When i checked the number of courier person, i noticed on true caller that the number belongs to mumbai area whereas the shipping address is of bangalore which was confirmed in your trailing email. This is height of careless working.

My mother is undergoing treatment for the last two months. The two boxes of the capsule t care finished and i had placed order for two more boxes of capsule t care about 15 days ago. The stock ended up 10 days ago leading to a unwarranted break in the treatment. Even after several reminders i am yet unable to receive the medicine. I have been getting unsolicited calls frequently for a month and now daily for last one week from your company. Despite repeated requests to stop all such calls the calls are still continuing. The latest one just just 5 minutes back. Not only this your so called doctors even humiliated me when i tried to express my concern over the said unwanted calls....

I got a call from shubham kumar who works at hakeem suleman's office in ashok nagar delhi and said every year they a luck draw is done and for this year i m the winner, and he gave me option of alto car or cash of rs 36000.

I asked him proof and he said he doesnt have camera phone to take pic but he confirmed some details like my address...
