I have joined Body Care for 20 KG Weight Loss Program. When I was enquiring I was asked to pay Rs. 20,000 but when I actually paid I was asked to pay Rs. 23000 approximately mentioning its tax, and I was informed about taxes being extra whereas I was not informed about the same.

NEVER go to "The Body Care". All their promises are totally FALSE. Don't get lured by their cheap advertisements. They have opened centers all over to just cheat, fool & exploit money from the customers. It should be renamed to "The Money Trap". Staffs are trained to talk fake things & give false commitments to the customers. Also staffs keep changing on almost weekly basis. So no one is accountable...

Some time back me and my sister enrolled in a weight loss program from body care everything was running smooth when we started the program but after sometime my weight was stuck at some value and i asked them that why is this happening than they said that u have to go on diet than only the wieght loss is possible, however during the time of registration they strongly convinced me that no crash dieting is required...

Strongly avoid "The Body Care" - Koramangala Branch, Bangalore. They are big time cheaters. They are extremely inefficient & absolutely useless. Their management is worst. They have no idea what they are doing. It is utter waste of money & time. Stay far away from them....

I recently visited a slimming centre - Body Care (Pitampura branch). They had promised to reduce 4 inches at waist level and 5 kg of weight. I visited them 10 to 12 times. I had a very poor experience. Since they were not able to give me time during week ends they asked me to come during weekdays. Their behaviour was extremely rude, instead of 45 mins sessions they only gave me 25 minute sessions. At the end of the tenure they are now telling...

Visiting a salon should be a positive, pleasing and satisfying experience, however, it was a negative, disgraceful and horrifying one for my family and me.
I felt that your employees cheated me and I strongly request that they return the full amount paid.
To ensure that no one else has to go through this experience at your shop, I will publish my complaint on local newspaper.
