Visiting a salon should be a positive, pleasing and satisfying experience, however, it was a negative, disgraceful and horrifying one for my family and me.
I felt that your employees cheated me and I strongly request that they return the full amount paid.
To ensure that no one else has to go through this experience at your shop, I will publish my complaint on local newspaper.
Please see below for the facts/events that occurred on Feb 15/16 (Hazratganj branch):
On Feb 14 my sister (Sheila) made the appt for saree draping and she was informed by Shalu that the cost would be Rs101.
On Feb 15, my sister was charged Rs 250 and when she insisted that the rate given to her was Rs 101, she was then informed that rate would apply after 5 sittings or so. Moreover, she was not given the receipt for the amount Rs 250 paid. My niece went to obtain the receipt and Shalu said that the receipt was already given to Sheila. Firstly, the rate given to my sister at the time of aptt was incorrect, secondly, she was not given the receipt for the amount paid and most disappointing item is that my sister was not even satisfied with her fitting of saree.
My brother had paid the full amount in advance at Body care (Mahanagar branch) to Mrs Renu for 3-party makeup and 1 reception makeup (hair-do inclusive).
My niece and myself were extremely disappointed with the skill set possessed by the employees and more importantly with their attitude towards customers.
Instead of feeling happy at the time of wedding, we had to go through such negative experience at the body care.
Poonam did my makeup, I was not completely satisfied and mostly disappointed with the hair-do, I had specifically requested that I wanted my hair to be pinned up and Poonam kept trying to make a ponytail. She was getting irritated when I insisted that I did not want a ponytail or to leave my hair down. Eventually, I had to ask her to leave my hair alone….Parul assigned another individual to do my hair but she also tried to make a ponytail. It surely seems like that the employees do not have the required skills but surely were arrogant with no skills! Parul defended Poonam by saying that she was going through her monthly cycle (Menses).
Nishi was appointed to my niece (Varsha) to do her makeup and hair. Varsha was extremely frustrated with her eye makeup. They did not have the colour of eye shadow, which was requested. The eye make up had to be redone at least twice and lips were also done twice. Nishi seemed irritated during the make up also, shedding responsibility to others, who were equally irritable.
They refused to do hair-do for Varsha, indicating that the package did not include the hair do, whilst already committed by Renu that hair would be included.
Shalu threw the list of hair rates at Varsha and instructed her to read the rates and to pay them if she wanted her hair done. Shalu walked away rudely in spite of Varsha calling her.

Please Please Please do not get carried away by the above statement about Divya Sood([protected]). It is totally wrong & extremely misleading just to exploit money from the innocent customers. I have wasted my hard earned precious money & time. When every centre-head reach their heights of faking, they direct the customers to this supreme person who you are compelled to meet whenever you have problems with Body Care. This lady is totally unprofessional & a great looser. She never replies to her email id [protected]@rediffmail.com. Though she claims she has many years of experience, she is absolutely naïve & pathetic when it comes to facing & solving customer issues. She always pretends to be too busy but the reality is she just wants to avoid the customers. She knows Body Care is a fraudulent company but still wants to portray that it is doing nothing wrong. She arrogantly claims that there are no complaints at all against Body Care. Hello Divya - just type "The Body Care complaint" in Google.com & you will spontaneously vomit if you are seriously concerned about the poor customers whom Body Care is cheating on daily basis. When Managing Director itself is of this nature then obviously what kind of expectation can one have from her subordinates spread all over India. Her mobile number is [protected].
