I am not getting refund, everytime I visit the counter 2 and 3 they say cash is not available.

At the time of admission they take the amount in form of on-line but at the time of refund they say cash is not available.

Please take this as seriously as I am also a working employee and it is affecting me as well.

Apart from tension of relatives patient's admitted, these are other headache that hospital...

Very Poor Response through nurses and Bad Languages are being used to address the patients . My Brother is admitted in BGH ( Bokaro General Hospital ), at morning he had gone to washroom meanwhile morning staff/nurse/doctor came for Collecting Blood Samples. I informed her that he has gone to washroom then they are forcing me to call him between washroom, i again addressed her that let him come then u can collect the sample, she replied in appropriate manner and gone away without collecting samples. Very Bad and Poor response and disrespectful words they use.

I had ACL surgery, and my surgeon put titanium metal without asking me and talks to me very arrogantly with me after surgery, doctor name is dr Devendra Kumar.

Patient is feeling too hot . No ac is working till date. Already given a complaint there but still no action taken .

It has been observed that most of the time CT Scan machine and Ultrasound machines are not working in 'Bokaro General Hospital' and patients are asked to conduct these tests from the outside diagnostic centres. The patients has to suffer a lots in such scenario and no one in the management of BGH take it seriously. Upon asking the staff of BGH start arguing. Now the services has became very poor in BGH which was known earlier for the best hospitals in Bokaro.

Mentioned BGH contact number is incorrect. I request consumer complaint site admin to remove it asap. Its creating confusion and problem to others. Pls remove it asap.

The attender at ENT OPD[protected], morning) does not follow any protocol for line system, overruled to help her concerns, on objecting she is very undisciplined & impolite. Kindly look up to it.

Hospital staffs are not co-operative even treatment is not being done properly. They told us for ECHO but when we ask them when to do they gave some unnecessary reason.
Making unnecessary bed charges.
Even if the patient is feeling good they are not ready for discharge.

We are complain about poor service of cardiac OPD department. All doctors are very immature. We are requested to management to resolved our issues.

I reached the Pharma counter at 5.40 pm and found that all of them gone for tea break. I enquired about and found tha they have gone on tea break from 5.30 pm. I remain there in queue and the Pharma counter person whose surname was Ali came only at 5.55 pm talking on the phone and after giving medicine to one person again gone somewhere and when he came i said where are you going then he pointed finger at me and said rudely to keep quit and then some heated exchange happened between us and when my number came he intentionally put some unnecessary and ridiculous reason and not provided me what I came for.
I want to know
1. what are the tea break timings for Pharma counter and whether it is official to go on a tea break and when a person comes late from tea break whether any punishment is given to him or not.
2. What are the rules for doing NA on a prescription when a person visits after 1 day of visiting the doctor as he refuses to do NA on the basis that I came for NA after 1 day of visiting the Doctor.

All the staff over there are very rude. They don't know how to talk to patients. Why they are hired?
