Bokaro General Hospital — I am not getting refund , everytime I visit the counter 2 and 3 they say cash is not available.

I am not getting refund, everytime I visit the counter 2 and 3 they say cash is not available.

At the time of admission they take the amount in form of on-line but at the time of refund they say cash is not available.

Please take this as seriously as I am also a working employee and it is affecting me as well.

Apart from tension of relatives patient's admitted, these are other headache that hospital is giving to attendant.
