[Resolved] Bonanza Portfolio — Relationship Manager Chandan Kumar Of Patna Branch not cooperating in account reactivation

My account P1G009 is dormant. I am in contact with the Relationship Manager of Patna Branch, Chandan Kumar employee code - H005294 from 19th January 2021, 11:00 am
But he is not able to reactivate my account.
His behavior is very Rough. Inspite of repetitive calls and watsapp messages he is not responding well... He is cutting my calls and talking in a very Rough manner on being asked about account reactivation.
Till 19th January 2021, 12:14 am, my account has not been reactivated. I have given all OTP whenever I was asked.
Please reactivate my account.. I don't expect this type of rough and irresponsible behavior from bonanza staff.

Updated by Ashish- Ranjan My issue has been resolved by relationship manager of Patna Branch Chandan Kumar (employee code- H005294).
So I withdraw my complaint.
My account has been activated by Relationship Manager Chandan Kumar.
I had a conversation with Mr Chandan Kumar and want to thank him for activating my demat account and guiding me regarding trading on the Bonanza WAVE APP.
So Please withdraw my complaint.
