Reg: paytm postpaid

Dear sir/mam

I lost my old mobile number that which was linked to paytm postpaid so that I'm unable to pay the amount. I tried several times to pay the amount but not happened and tried to contact paytm customer care service as many times but I didn't received any proper reply or response. Please look into the issue and do the needful

Regarding Paytm Postpaid account closure and providing NOC to Cibil

I have made multiple requests regarding my Paytm postpaid account closure since the past 2 but despite many emails to Aditya Birla and request My postpaid account has not been closed. I have also sent multiple requests in Paytm but they have not closed my account.

My postpaid account has no dues to be paid. Despite multiple requests for account closure Aditya Birla and paytm has not closed my account.

I have never taken any loan fron aditya birla ltd then also my cibil is shawing 1000 amount loant from aditya birla ltd which is showing that i have not paod it from past 6 months and now it is showing rs 3100 with intrest pls chek i have never taken any loan

    I am writing to request immediate closure of the postpaid lite loan account linked to my Paytm account. Spoke to PAYTM customer care but they did not give any positive response, there is no balance in my loan account but showing wrong balance in CIBIL. Therefore, please close my account immediately and provide NO Objection Certificate (NOC).

      Regarding loan closer

      I dont know how its showing Paytm postpaid balance of 3 years back. I even not getting any reminder for the same. its hampering my cibil. I tried to connect to paytm and aditya birla finace limited for the closer of this loan. Even i am ready to pay the pending amount. but not getting any resolution from them.
      Please let me on this oand let me know that where i can make the payment of this loan and get NOC the same.

          This is regarding my ola money postpaid lending partner ABFL which has wrongly reported payment due from September 2022 till date I have been following with ola money since then but they are not able to resolve it with their lending partner ABFL .. I have also contacted ABFL shared my concern with them. They sent me a statement showing a balance of 12418 which is pending since September. This due mount of 12418 is either a fraudulent transaction or a system error which I pointed out to them and also same was communicated to the ola money postpaid. Ola money postpaid statement has all dues paid by me which ola money postpaid has also confirmed. I am harassed by the wrong cibil reporting which has impacted my cibil score hence affecting my other lenders credit line. ABFL & OLA BOTH ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR COMMITING THIS FRAUD ON MY CIBIL ACCOUNT. THIS IS NOTHING BUT PURE ULTIMATE HARRASEMENT TO THE CUSTOMER. I wish to take this legally against them in court of law. Hope I can get some help from this forum

            For the first time I used Paytm postpaid (Aditya Birla Money) service in the month of Aug 2022. I made 2 transactions, One on Aug 10 for Rs 719 and another on Aug 20 of Rs 385 (total Rs 1104). After I made the payment, I have never received the notifications on my app/ email about due payment and due date for the payment. And then from the month of September 2022, they started to penalize me as defaulter on their due payment. I was never informed about my last due payment date. when I started to penalize with late fee, I started to connect with the support and understand how I can make the used and due payment and revoke the late fee. I have never received the response from Paytm postpaid services. I was waiting for the support team to call me and resolve this case.

            In the month of December, one rep called me asked to pay the due payment along with all the late penalties and I refused to pay the penalties. In the end, rep agreed on my terms and said just pay the total of Rs 1143 and my account will get settled. This rep shared payment link and I made the payment using that link on Dec 25. After payment, this rep assured me that now my account with Paytm postpaid is settled. I asked rep to share some proof about this settlement, but he said that this get settled in 8 days and he cannot share any proof for now. I waited for 15 days but nothing happened. In January, again I received a call from Paytm Postpaid and rep said that I have bill due, I was surprised because I was under the impression that my account was settled already but it wasn't. I narrated the complete story to the new rep and she said that my account will get settled in another 8 days if I have paid the bills. Today I am sitting on Feb 6, 2023, still my account shows Rs 1104 overdue.

            This overdue is impacting my cibil/ credit score for the last 6 months. My credit score dropped from 750+ in August 2022 to 686 in this month. This is serious concern for me.

            I am attaching all the necessary screenshots. Please help me settle this account and correct my credit score again.

            Why am I penalized with another late fee of Rs 295 for the month of February 2023 when I paid my all the dues in December 2022. You are destroying my Credit Score and making me non-eligible for getting future loans.

              I have been a customer of Aditya Birla for last 11 years. An ex-employee of your organisation Mr. Rishi Jiwan Gupta opened my trading account with your organisation and till the time he was employee with Aditya Birla, I never had any issues with my account. Besides holding a good stock portfolio, I also bought a land plot in Omaxe Chandigarh through Aditya Birla.

              In 2018, I moved to Australia and request for change of my account status to NRI. It took almost 6 months for the request to get processed because of inefficiency of the then branch manager (Vivek) and lack of knowledge at the part of branch officials. After 2 year in 2020, when I wanted to use the account and sell some securities for some fund requirements in Australia, I was told that account is still domestic and there are some charges that needs to be paid. I was shocked because I gave the request 2 year back when I was moving to Australia in person in Chandigarh office and now after 2 years I am told that it is not processed. I had bought a house in Australia and had to make the payment for that house. Because of inefficiency on the part of your officials, I couldn't sell my securities and had to borrow funds from my friends for the house payment. There was no answer or explanation to the delay of 2 years in not processing account conversion request. That was the first time I regretted of opening account with Aditya Birla. After lot of follow ups and calls with your team in Mumbai/ Chennai, I was able to get my account activated under NRIPOI status. I didn't use the account since then and I understand as per current laws if we don't use the account for a year or more it becomes dormant. Now 6-7 months ago, I request if my account can be activated because I wanted to do some purchase transactions. Multiple times, I have sent the documents but still account is not activated. There is no response to my emails on the status. I know for Aditya Birla, one customer closing account doesn't matter but is this the right approach for any organization/ branch officials that they don't care about their customers. Nobody is bothered to even respond to emails or update the customer on account status. I have asked Mr. Rajesh many times but no reply. Last reply was it is pending for KRA update. Even after KRA is updated, there is no reply. Can I ask how much time does it take for account activation; does it take 6 months? Are these the service levels that your officials provide especially to NRI customers? Everyday I am calling Chennai customer service team from Australia for update on account but no response. There is something called as relationship manager in all big organizations so that customers don’t get lost and they can be attended to promptly for all their account queries. I don’t even know who my relationship manager is in the branch. Is it not part of relationship manager KRA to contact all mapped customers and address their concerns.

                I have closed paytm postpaid amount 3500 early in december and it is still reflecting pending amount as 6951 rupees. This is disrespectful, as I have limit of 3500 and never used over it and credit report is double the amount sanctioned. This is fraud and it is affecting my cibil report since an year which im not aware of it. Please close this dispute as soon as possible. Here is the account details PYTMPPABFL[protected]

                  I have requested for loan closure and a request is also raised but the agent had closed the request stating customer will continue the loan tenure.
                  No source to call back the customer care nor send any emails to them.
                  No point of contact available.

                      ABFL WRONGLY reported the payment as late by 28 days for the month of October '22, FOR THE SECOND TIME in a year's time.

                      Please CORRECT THE WRONGLY REPORTED LATE PAYMENT in CIBIL, EXPERIAN, EQUIFAX & CRIF for Ola Money Postpaid account LXW-M[protected] OCTOBER 2022.

                      ABFL WRONGLY reported the payment as late by 28 days for the month of October '22 for the Ola Money Postpaid account LXW-M[protected].

                      NOT a single payment was made after the due date till date towards Loan a/c. LXW-M[protected]. So on what grounds have you reported the payment as late by 28 days !!!???

                      IMMEDIATELY REMOVE THE WRONGLY REPORTED LATE PAYMENT FOR OCTOBER 2022.

                      UPDATE EACH & EVERY MONTH's including October 2022 DPD TO "0" FOR for the Loan a/c. LXW-M[protected] in CIBIL, EXPERIAN, CRIF & EQUIFAX.

                      ABFL & OLA are both disrespecting, disregarding & flouting RBI guidelines.

                      This is an Urgent bureau correction & NOT just the 'normal monthly' bureau reporting, DO NOT say the robotic line "45 days your CIBIL will be updated". - CORRECT CIBIL, EXPERIAN, EQUIFAX & CRIF IMMEDIATELY.

                      I have also disputed this in the CIBIL portal, so ABFL please correct & REMOVE the late payment from all credit bureaus Immediately Else next I will escalate it to RBI OMBUDSMAN.

                            Aditya Birla money are so terrible and after all that was said they never fulfilled their promise, no invested money was given to me nor my profit but tra derstechre covery.com had to intervene and I got my lost funds back.                               Unfortunate situation with insurance customer who face the real trouble for their own money and route through strong complaint management.
                              Policy No.[protected], Have raised payout complaints with lot of calls, follow ups and formal complaint however no satisfaction till date. Have also raised grievance to the company and no response. Harassing customer on non payment on commitments.
