Book My Offer — Defective piece received. No response from company

Hi I had ordered mi power bank 10400 mah from book my offer. The item received had broken case and the power bank batteries were shaking inside. I did get them on phone after 100 atempts . the person said he will replace the power bank. Its been 20 days yet no replacement and they don't respond my emails either. My order I'd is [protected]. Email I'd. [protected]@gmail.com. These people are frauds. Plz take actionare against them.

hi i had ordered a memory card with in combo offers (memory card, hand free & data cable) and we recieve on monday 29 june 2015, but after the open and memory card attach with my phone, the memory card show damaged. And memory card seens duplicate because, no any sticker or proof of company on them, we complaint on same day in customer care but we not recieve any solution my complain number is 2301 & my mobile no. is [protected]
please solve my problem
