Dear Sir,
On 21/12/2023 I have online booked Executive Hotel Paris Gennevilliers through booking.com (Booking Number- [protected]) for 4/8/2024 to 12/8/2024.
The full amount (Euro 1119.96) is paid online and booking.com has sent me the confirmation letter.
On 6/1/2024 the Hotel authority mailed me that the price is lower than our rate and if you want to continue your booking you have to pay 350 Euro per night, otherwise the booking will be cancelled. They cancelled my booking on 7/1/2024.
In dynamic fare system people book in advance to take low price advantage in Air Fare and Hotel Fare. Once the booking is confirmed and the full amount is paid, there is no change, either from hotel authority or booking agent.
Unfortunately, in Europe there is no rules and regulations, anyone can breach the confirmation and ask for extra money.
Please take the necessary steps to stop these types of irregularities and violations of customer rights. And strictly warn booking.com not to cheat in future by false confirmation.
