[Resolved]  Booking.com — Not refunding my pre-booking charges after cancelling my booking , according to free cancellation policy

I have booked 4 rooms in Queen Hill Luxury Mountain View Resort by Anvi in Nainital on June 15 June 16, I have charged of an amount of 2000 rupees as a pre booking charges, but unfortunately I have to cancel my booking, I am demanding my money refund to my account according to free cancellation policy of the hotel, whenever I am asking for the refund they are fake promising me to refund money and blocking my numbers, whenever I tried to reach them they linger it on and ask for the time and block the number after that, this is so dishonouring of beliefs as they are showing the dishonesty in there work and creating unhappy customers for the booking.com

Please contact the hotel and ask them to return my money back to my account and give them a strict warning not to repeat that again with someone else
