I booked a ticket from bpl - dd on 22nd september for today's travel (28/09/2017) and have my train in half an hour. 444 rupees got deducted but says payment failed and did not get any message from the railway stating transaction failed. And now i do not have my ticket in hand. This is clearly not acceptable. I'm traveling right now and do not have the ticket. Normally there is a delay of message after the booking but i wasn't informed anything regarding this matter. I request you to take an immediate action or refund the money back. Thank you.
