I already tried to contact support team but it's very slow. I have a complain about my booking of Taiba Hotel booking. i had 3 complains.

1) Agoda did not mention for this hotel that there is a paid parking, i filtered hotel with parking and i noticed everywhere that any cost includes for parking, but it was not mentioned anywhere. I saw some of the reviews of customers which showed that it is not paid. It should be clearly...

I booked a ticket from bpl - dd on 22nd september for today's travel (28/09/2017) and have my train in half an hour. 444 rupees got deducted but says payment failed and did not get any message from the railway stating transaction failed. And now i do not have my ticket in hand. This is clearly not acceptable. I'm traveling right now and do not have the ticket. Normally there is a delay of message after the booking but i wasn't informed anything...
