I participated in a book challenge in June. They published the book 4 months late. And I ordered extra author copies a month ago but No response yet. The book is not even on kindle which they promised. And they have even sent me the sales report or dashboard or royalty. The main issue is they don't respond to mails or messages anything. It's very tough and stressful.

I am facing similar issue. I ordered 100 copies for my book but they have just stopped replying. They don't share any sales report or any kind of communication about the same.
