Bookleaf Publishing India — Book Royalties and Non dispatch of bulk order

I did a challenge with bookleaf publishing in the month of May 2021. They took a lot of time to publish the book but eventually they did publish the book but the book description was just plainly just some rubbish as they didn't put in even the slightest effort to list the book right. They also promised that they will be sharing sales report and will be paying royalties, but there's no sign of that. I ordered 100 copies of my book and paid for it almost 1.5 months back but there has been no update regarding that too. Miss Aishwarya from their organisation was handling my part of communication and she has now stopped replying to the mails. I asked her multiple times to provide me someone's contact number as she takes too long to reply, but she never provided anything. I even raised a ticket on their website in a hope that someone will contact, as there's no contact detail mentioned on the website. I seriously don't know what is going to happen now.
