We liaised with your agency with great hopes of securing a good maid who is experienced in baby care.We paid Rs 20060/- and also trusted your agency's expertise. We took time off from our busy schedules to interview many of these maids by the recommendation of your coordinator Shweta. All these ladies never showed any reluctance at the time of the interview and were willing to be hired.

Unfortunately we experienced disappointment after disappointment when the prospective maids either failed to show up on the first day of work due to a 'hand issue' (Pooja Mali) or did not turn up to work after working for 3 days after being ' forced into this job ' by your agency (Devika Sathputhe).

Still keeping our trust in you we went through another round of interviews spending 2 hours despite having a crying 1 month old hoping to give it another try. We selected Rasika Chande yesterday and informed our choice to your agency. During the interview she was keen to work for us and showed no signs of reluctance. We were expecting her to join today morning, only to know that she changed her mind yesterday. We received a missed call yesterday from your agency to convey this information and got a call this morning from a maid Vineetha who said she would be joining today, leaving us confused. We had interviewed her, but had not selected her. She was asked to work for us without our knowledge. Giving an unanswered call to us does not mean any information was conveyed to us. Shwetha should have rung today again and confirmed with us before actioning this.

With the above mentioned incidents, we have found your agency extremely unreliable and would like to look at other avenues for securing a maid for my 1 month old. Coordinator Shwetha assured me that if things did not work out with the third maid, we could get a refund of our money as soon as possible.

Had taken their service to find babysitter for my kid. They send highly inexperienced maid. They also force them to stay and work for the same even after maids showing reluctant to work as a Babysitter. The content of the maids is incorrect and misleading. In the period of 3 months got 3 maids who didn't work as a babysitter for small kid. Really disappointed as a client and want my refund back due to their incapability of meeting my needs and requirements and working as promised. They are highly unprofessional as despite maids and client calling regarding unsatisfactory service no revert from them nor they pick up the call.

I contacted Book my bai for a 24 hour live in maid . Paid Rs. 21240 as brokerage( 6 months contract). The maid disappeared after 23 days under pretext of meeting her sister. She did not even take her belongings. When contacted, the company offered 2 /3 maids ( who are otherwise unemployable) as replacement . When rejected, they passed it off as my problem and washed their hands off. Since then, no call is received. No mention of refund or...

Person named Mehul was the coordinator. He took 18000 from me saying thr person will reach in an hour. However he did not come and now they are not picking up the call and not refunding my money.

I had connected BookMyBai agency for maid service, on shortlisting profile I paid full payment but unfortunately maid didn't join neither informed or spoke. Again we shortlisted one profile and same thing happened and Bookmybai team also didn't inform. This continued and we never got a single maid service and no one started working. As per policy no refund during replacement but here the service never started only. I really request you to help me getting contact to concerned person as I am not getting any response on complaint email id ([protected]@bookmybai.com). Neither from coordinator Mittal(+[protected] and management head Amit (+[protected] I spoke so far. They just block and never answer my call. I paid huge amount Rs 16520/- for no service and they are not ready to take any action. It's a big loss for me. I don't need credit note that's of no use to me. I need refund.

I took their subscription in April 2023. Paid advance for 6months which means they are supposed to provide replacement for those 6months if needed. I have been calling them repeatedly from saturday but they have not answered my calls nor reverted back. Their service is very poor and unprofessional. Paying 20K advance for this service is useless with the kind of service they are providing.

I have transferred amount of Rs 1000 /- on[protected] which will be transferred back to our account if we don't hire any maid through the agency however it's been around 15 days I haven't get my money back also the representative is not picking up the call.. Kindly refund my money back

We opted for Book My Bai after a lot of consideration and we needed a live in maid immediately. After video calls with few candidate, selected a maid.

The maid came to home, after few minutes says she was forced to attend the call. She was forced to come. She shows her drips...

We used their services by booking a house maid for our house. The mauds they sent were below the services we required. Fixing their first meetings it self was a hassle. Inspite o[censored]s giving criteria of sending maids who stay closeby they sent maids who were staying far. Some didn't turn up for the interview. Finally after chasing Bookmybai they said they will send two more as their policy is only 3 Bais they will refer. But what about the ones who didn't turn up, who refused as they were staying far? Again the same story of waiting and the Bai would not turn up. One turned up who promised to come and took away travel money promising to return when she joins the next day.. She never turned up. Phone was switched off. We got tired after a month with no solution from the company but they refused to return our 8000 and dud not provide any Bais. We want our hard earned money back for no services rendered.

Took money to provide maid. 18000 as one time registration fees. Sent one who ran away within 3 weeks then they gave replacement such horrible girl always on phone, yells at us and doesn’t know Basic work but needs 18-20k.
Now asked for replacement and it’s been over a month no signs of replacement ..

I shared Rs. 1000 as a refundable amount for the service but later learned that the price is quite higher for a month than what is being claimed. Now i have been after them to refund my money. The person assigned to me is not giving any clear replies to initiating my refund. There is no way to call them and the complaint form that I have filled at least 3-4 times has no response....

I paid Rs.22000 after they continuously followed up for money to provide profiles. Then we waited for 2 months to get matching profiles but didn’t get any. We have been following up for the money for a long time and they are unwilling to pay back.

It has been over two months and the local Bookmybai.com team in Bangalore has been unable to identify or supply a suitable cook despite my daily reminders. I have written, on the advice of the local team, to two individuals who they identified as management, i.e. first at [protected]@bookmybai.com and thereafter at [protected]@bookmybai.com. It has now been nearly 60 days, and still there is no cook. At the time of sale, the local team wanted me to pay as soon as possible. I did, on 30 March 2023. Now, there is no service at all. When I have asked for a refund, I have been told that refund is not possible and that they would instead give me a credit note. But what do I do with that credit note, when there is no service that they can provide?!? In fact, I reached out to their local team as I was referred to them by an acquaintance. She has spoken with the team recently and they have admitted that they are unable to find a cook in my area. And they have in fact lied to her, telling her that they have given me a credit note. Firstly, if they can't find a cook, then what is the use of a credit note? Secondly, there is no credit note that they have issued/given to me!

It is sad that they are harassing a pensioner like me. As a resolution, I want my money refunded in full, including GST. The supplier reference number is 866989

This is fraud agency, they took the 20k as brokerage amount but dint send any maid. They are not even responding to call

I have paid money to BMB for a maid. They sent me an unwell maid who came one day and was very unwell and hence left job on second day. Now, BMB are not responding to my calls. They are not providing me any replacement. I want them to refund my money. I paid them Rs 21240/-

I had registered on bookmybai to hire a cooking maid, to shortlist candidates i had to pay 1000 rs to avail the service. I could not hire anyone through their service hence I asked Junaid ( from the agency) to refund the amount to which he said it will take 6-7 days. I've been trying to reach him as it's been over 10 days now but there's no response from him now and neither have I received my refund

I had tried reaching to c care they are asking me to download any desk and share my information. they are saying that's the process.

I have taken 1 month package for japa maid. However, my requirement is not getting fulfilled from the maids listed there. I can see baby caretaker available in part time section as well. However, to contact them the app is asking for another package purchase.

How can I transfer the package amount paid in japa section to part time maid section. They are not resolving the issue and I am not sure how to contact them.

They have taken the registration fee but no maid ia provided till date. Its been more than 2 months. We want the refund
