Very disappointed by the unprofessional behaviour by your team. I had shortlisted and paid deposit for a maid last sunday sit, the maid said she wanst ready to work and went back immediately! I shortlisted and confirmed another maid who was meant to come today - but both your team member Lubna and the maid are not picking up my call. This is very disappointing, I went with bookymybai as I considered it to be a professional outfit but turns out I was mistaken. Please refund my deposit and stop misleading people that you are the best agency as my experience has proven that it is far from it.

I have made a payment of 24K to BookMyBai for hiring a babysitter in Bangalore in the month of August. The maid left in a few hours, quoting our house is too small. Second maid came is after a gap but left mentioning can't do babysitting work. There has been no replacement since then. Any profile I meet and shortlist, either does not show up on the promised date or refuses to join. there is no credibility of the agency in sending the maid on promised date. Even after multiple requests, they are not agreeing to initiate a refund. However, they're incapable to provide any service either. Hence, I request to initiate my refund, or I will be forced to take a legal action.

They asked to pay 1000 rs for providing maid details after the payment there is no response or call back from them nor they replied the compliant mails

I paid to BookmyBai Rs.1000 on 3rd Dec 2022 as advance to get cook for one month on immediate basis who should be ready to report on 5th Dec 2022. But unfortunately, the cook which they shortlisted dint matched my requirements. So, I told them to refund the amount. It's almost more than a week am following up with Sheefa # [protected] and her Manager # [protected] the lead who was talking to me for the requirement. They have collected my bank details but till today they have not reversed my amount back. Now from today they stopped to respond also if i call and message them in group which they created. I need your immediate support and get the issue resolved.

This website asks for 1000 rs for quick and priority search of maids but they do not provide the service and later on doesnt even refund the amount. its been 2 weeks

We are a working couple in Bangalore paid 24k brokerage to bookmybai associates Pooja, Sachin, Nina for getting trained professionals for my 3 year old daughter.
Once the money was paid all we got was untrained and unprofessional people. In the bio they have check marks for all the expected work but in reality they know nothing. These guys don't even do background verification and just send whoever. We were promised the moon but did not get basic support too. This ordeal is going on for last 8 months where we are Kors stressed than when we did not have a maid.
If we are paying you a bomb of course we will have a car. You need to go where the baby goes. We got maids who had motion sickness and his from us. All they did was puked and slept in the car while my wife took care of the baby. They just want to sleep and spend time doing nothing and on their phones. My daughter is kept dirty and not taken care at all. These guys are not trained. Why don't you do the training before sending them? Why don't you verify what is mentioned on bio data before sending? They sent us 1 month pregnant girl and we were not informed. How much of scamming would you do? This has to stop!

Paid 1000 to provide me cooks. This 1000 is refundable if the service is not availed. I did meet 3 cooks, however I dint not go ahead with their cooks. hence I requested for refund. Since 7 months I have been waiting and I have not received any update or refund.

I am a customer, booked house help for 6-7 hours, I was told that they would come and I had to pay immediately. I booked help for my parents and asked them specifically to not speak to parents about the payment, but they still did and took payment. And then they didn’t send us service cuz the servant “cancelled”. They basically fleece you of money and give no service. And then for refund they are completely out of contact. Worst possible way to fleece someone. T
Please don’t book a servant through them, they’re completely dishonest

I have been cheated twice by book my bhai maid agency in Bangalore. They take 1000rs refundable amount if they cannot provide maid

This has happnd twice . They took 1000rs each time and did not provide any maid and when we call back some ### pick the call and they cut the call. And mANY TIMEs they don’t even pick the calls

We have contacted Bookmybai for Nanny services, we have specified our requirements to them (including amount, time, weekend holiday, Hindu, Age between 30 to 45), location of my stay is also told in the very first conversation. They made us pay the whole agency charges at the speed of light. Then sent a person who was there for less than a day (18 hours). After she left, we are still waiting for nanny, Bookmybai executives keep sending list of people who do not match the requirements pre-defined and started to ask us to adjust. They are now asking us to pay the nanny extra to go home every week or increase the salary. when we question them strongly, they say a nanny will come the next day, when it comes to the next day, they say the maid is not answering the call and require a couple of more days to arrange another person. They are not even returning the money and says they will issue a credit against any other services and again for other services also they say location is not convenient and we need to keep full time maid/cook which are not required for us.

I had paid Rs.1000 to get the process started and I was given 2 maids for the interview and asked to pick the maid among those 2. I was told that there will be a 2 day trial period after which I can confirm the maid. I selected 1 maid and proceeded.

I was asked to pay Rs.13000 + GST as the upfront payment for the maid to even start the trial period which was I had paid immediately as I had a dire need of the nanny services then. Then next day the person who had taken the maid for interview dropped of a contract and said there will be 3 replacements and usually it takes 48hrs to provide the replacement

The maid started the work, on the first day itself we realized she had no experience in taking care of the baby as she was force feeding the baby by holding the head, so we informed the coordinator to change the maid after the 2 day trail period. After this there was no communication from the coordinator and after a 2 week of calling and per suing we got one maid for interview who was putting jarda in mouth, we asked for more maid for interview but then the communication stopped from the coordinator Pooja and I had to follow up every day by calling the coordintor but there was no answer and the manager number in the group chat was switched off.

I had to find the number of the agent who got the maid for interview and he got us in touch with the coordinator and by that time a month had passed and we had to hire a nanny from a different source and asked for the refund of the amount.

They are denying the refund now saying its non-refundable. I understand it would be non -refundable if I had got the service promised for me but for a 2 day trial period saying the amount is non-refundable makes no sense.

So please help in getting the refund back from bookmybai

I have maid payment of 18880/- and they sent maid, she don't have any experience of baby sitter and basic cooking.. I don't want to go with agency anymore and need refund of 18880

I have been in contact with Mehul at Bookmybai.com for requirement of 24hr resident maid. I shortlisted the profile, finalised candidate, and paid advance one month salary as commission to bookmybai. However, maid did not turn up.

I have reported to bookmybai Mr Mehul. He said he will process refund. He is not taking call since morning.

Hello I raised a complaint with Book my bai as the baby sitter I hired with them turned out to be a fraud. Since 6 months was complete I raised a complaint with Book my bai and I got no response and they instead got her a new job elsewhere. Agency should listen to my complaint and blacklist the person since that person would do the same to other users of book my bai also....

Hi i asked for the parttime maid and they charged 1000rs which was refundable.However they could not find the suitable maid for me.Now i am asking for my refund however they always say u will get it.chasing from last 2months.

We have taken a contract from BookMyBai on 4th april to provide service of Nanny for our daughter. initially few candidates came for interview and we have selected one. after 2 to 3 days they got absconded without notice. another one who came 2 months back worked for 1 month and went not reachable after paying one month salary. later on there was no replacement provided even after multiple reminders. its been 2 months no replacement is provided. attached the contract agreements for reference

While registering for their services, I paid a refundable premium of ₹1000. I did not avail their services, and was promised that my ₹1000 will be refunded. However, it has been three months and multiple reminders, but my money has not been refunded.

Bookmybai is a scam. Even the maid they sent did not match the description and documents and hence i never availed their services. Such malpractices need to stop and such companies need to be taken to task.

I need a baby sitter for which I approached to BookMyBai. They introduced one maid and we agreed. For the details of maid I have to make full payment which I did. The maid came for 1 day and then she didn't showed up. Now I am chasing these people but they are not responding. It's a fraud company and action should be taken against such companies.

I contacted this pathetic company based on my friend's recommendation, not knowing I was getting into a load of trouble.
These people said that their consultancy charges + the maid's salary will be 15, 000 + 18% GST, only to know later that the maid's salary was 15, 000 that I had to pay at the end of month.
Consultancy charges of 15, 000 & they couldn't give anything in writing. I only came to know about it once they sent me the invoice.
This crappy company fools people just like this.

The first maid came for a week & then said, that she needs a 3 day leave, which I wasn't comfortable because, it had been just a week that she started working.
This crappy company said that they cannot give me a replacement for just 3 days of leave. I have a bed ridden patient at home, who needs care for 24 hours, of which the maid took care for 10 hours.
The maid never came back after taking a leave. So, I called this crappy company again on the fourth day of AWOL. They sent a replacement on 5th day.
Now, the second maid, came to my place to understand the 10 hour work & was okay to start from the next day.
The next day, this crappy company people called me up to inform, that the second maid cannot work, & needs more salary. The said work was okay on the previous day & was overwhelming on the first day of work within few hours.
Now, this crappy company says, they will send the 3rd maid as replacement, with no assurance if the 3rd maid will not abscond.

I came to know that the 1st maid was taken to prison for child marriage. Just Imagine the background check of this crappy company.
They charge 15, 000 + GST for this kind of consultancy.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK.
This company is nothing less than *fraud*
