Hi team,
I hired a maid on Jume3rd and on June 9th she left to native and has not returned. Team lead sachin and Pavithra are not responding to any calls and messages inspite of repeated follow ups.
They create a team for name sake and nobody responds once they take money from you, they push you to pay money for the maid they have provided, but if client runs away without informing they dont provide any replacement. The maid provided by them are not good at all and you have to run behind them for getting a replacement.
When we are in need they don't help, but when you register looking for a maid they just bug you and force you to hire even if they don't meet your requirement saying we will provide a replacement if you do not like the maid. I am very unhappy with the service and don't recommend it to anyone in future.

    Refund has not proceed

    I have registered by paying 1k on 29/05/2022 at night which is Sunday. Monday morning when they call and explain the process, I told them that i don't need the service with the condition they explain and requested them to refund my 1k. It was written in the site that if i don't want service i can get my money refunded. Since then I have been following up.. raised complaint and never got the money back.     its 1 week and no response also I have submitted a contact form for that
    still did not get any response.
    there no phone number to contact to.
    ita a total fraud
    govt should ban & blackist this.

      I had paid 1000 to shortlist maids on 4thJune via google pay, but did not hear from them so hired maid from other sources and proceeded with refund process in 5th June. Their policy clearly states that 1000 will be refunded if not hired through them but i have not heard from them, please help in expediting the process.

        I paid the Rs 1000/- amount as urgent requirement of maid, but after that I'm not getting any coordinator to hire maid or suggest me options.

        They don't have any chat or call support system on their website. and not so I can contact them directly.

        I read some reviews from Quora and other sides, the image of Bookmybai is literally down. I then contact them on the form they provided on website saying, refund the amount I don't want to continue the services. still No reply !!

          I hired a nanny from this book my bai, i hired for 10hrs and she did the job for 8hrs only, I adjusted plus I did not reduce the salary.
          Now timing was 10am to 6pm, she came 10.30 am every day after 1, 2 days of starting of job.
          Sometimes she did not come for job without informing and when I called she did not pick the phone call.
          I paid her full salary on 31st and after that she is not coming after that.
          I called agency twice but they are responding properly.

            These company people took my money in advance and sent some maid who dint do work it was such a loss and when asked for replacement according to contract they dint have any service and they concluded saying don't have any and they cannot send any maid. I am filing a legal complain

              The agency charged me 18000 with an assurance to provide a full time maid, where i am supposed to provide food & shelter. The agency asked money upfront and then the maid came and went after 3 weeks of work, saying she wants to meet family & will be back in 2 days. The maid did not come back & agency not responding to calls/messages & emails. I asked the agency to refund money if they are not able to stick to their terms & conditions, they are just not responding.
              I have to find an alternative with this situation, hence i want my refund of INR 18000 from the agency.

              I am in similar situation, the agency does not respond, this company should be closed if they cannot provide people for more than a month. I will not leave it I will go on complaining till they return the money or send me alternative staff who does not leave in a month or I will take some strict action against them.

                  They had promised to contact within an hour on their website.

                  It has been 10 days and I havent received any call from them.

                    I have been dealing with maid service issues for 2 weeks now. To summarize, the first maid left within two weeks stating she has family issues. The next replacement provided never visited after agreement, phone numbers were blocked, calls not answered of mine as well as of book my bai executives

                    Replacements were not provided after that stating the salary expectation of candidates is 8K. I agreed to provide an 8K salary. Even after that the replacement profile shared didn't have proper documentation. Instead of the proposed maid another person came along uninformed to which Mehul stated that she is also registered with book my bai. Which is absolutely not acceptable considering the safety and security of mine. Also every maid which visits states that "will let you know by tomorrow if i can come to this location". On every call the location and quantum of work is provided to which they readily accept and very next day they don't come to work or ask for additional commute expense INR 2000-300

                    I had this agreement with Amit and Mehul (from Mumbai office) that considering if the last replacement doesn't work out i want the refund as i can't keep on calling everyday and stress myself just to get maid service.

                    I am forced to take a credit note instead of a complete refund, considering the pathetic experience i had now nor i would take the service in future nor will I recommend it to anyone. So the "credit note" option is not acceptable at all. Complete refund of INR 8260 is only acceptable option

                        They have taken full one month fees of the maid plus 18% GST in advance as payment and are providing with such maid profiles which are irrelevant for baby sitting, cleaning, kitchen helper profile and least interested in doing the required job like doesn’t do baby massage/ doesn’t know hindi / doesn’t want to work 24/7 / doesn’t want to run errands / interested in cooking rather than cleaning or babysitting. All this even after informing the maids completely about the work profile before joining and confirming with agency whether the maid is interested in doing the job 24/7. It appears like every maid you interview the reason behind leaving previous job has been taught to answer as the hiring party got shifted to some different place, so couldn’t continue further. And agency bookmybai - instead of trying to find maid adjusting to my requirement who could stay and work for longer period, their whole motive is to give three replacements and to get done with their services. And for that they will give you 2-3 profiles to choose of which all 3 will be irrelevant asmentioned above but still you will be forced to choose one among them only or you continue to wait for days.

                        Also they don’t do complete profile check of candidates.
                        the maids whom we called
                        1st : didnt want to do any work except babysitting and wanted to chat with her friends all day long on her wireless bluetooth earphones. came around 6 pm and wanted to leave the veery next day around 11 am.
                        2nd maid : said she can’t continue to work as her son had not been going to work and coming home for past 2 days since she joined work and can only work for 10hrs and not 24/7. She worked for 3 days.
                        3rd maid : more talkative, used to watch movies, serials from 10pm to 2 am and couldn’t wake up before 8 am in morning even after frequent reminders. being sleep deprived she would get ready by 9 am. and would sit for hours calling family friends while having her breakfast. Least bothered about kids being awake since 7 -8 am in the morning and the work she was assigned. Overall very lazy, slow, talkative, who wants to not conplete work and was very slow. She worked for 3 days

                        Overall since no maid stayed longer than 3 days and were genuinely not interested in doing the job assigned we would like to request refund from bookmybai for being incapable to give us suitable profile of candidate.
                        If the candidate works for atleast 15 days and then says No then its inderstood the candidate was needy and serious about the job. But over here no candidate wants to the work but just chill for 2-3 days, just to fulfill the criteria of 3replacements and then go.

                          Despite conveying our urgency at the outset to their coordinator after going out of our way to alter our requirements to suit what seems to be their very rigid system (that seems made to make you pay for hire more staff than is needed), we are not being responded to, over phone calls or Watsapp.
                          The response that came was also way too delayed after much follow up, was
                          -to claim they have NO candidates even though our requirement is very basic
                          - to offer a refund which we have not even yet claimed!
                          This, for customers who have paid the fee to avail there "prioritized customer" option!
                          This, from a company that claims that they have a huge database
                          and this unresponsive unprofessional behavior from staff despite a complaint email earlier sent to [protected]@bookmybai.com (CC marked to the CEO) to which their has been no response till date.
                          Their motive for this unresponsive uncooperative unprofessional behavior seems to be to harass us since we had emailed a complaint against their staff, earlier. Imagine the senior management going along with it's staff with this attitude!

                            Replacement for Bai within contract

                            There is a contract of Bookmybai with the client for 6 months to provide a replacement - when our bai abruptly left seeking MlL health post multiple calls
                            Bookmybai didn’t receive any. That’s not professional a I have paid an entire 22k sum to them....

                            On the 8th of February, we contacted BookMyBai.com with an urgent need for a cook, and they promised to send an experienced and reliable cook, as well as a field executive, the next day (9th February). They demanded Rs. 5900/- as their service charge the next day, even before the cook arrived on the job. We paid the invoice with the invoice number NJC/21-22/12149, believing in their assurance. However, they have failed to assign a reliable cook and we demand a refund immediately. Despite our struggles, we were patient throughout their unnecessary drama that went on for the next 5 days and its is as follows.
                            Day 1: They assigned us an inexperienced cook and she did not match our food preferences, which were mentioned to the BookMyBai organisation earlier.
                            Day 2: She did not show up for work and there was no communication from BookMyBai or the cook. We contacted the cook ourselves and got to know that she is unable to manage work and home.We had to inform BookMyBai afterwards, and they promised to replace it the same day.
                            Day 3&4: They promise to send the cook the very same day on both 3&4th day. and they couldn't find anyone. On day 4, they informed us that a cook will come to work the next morning.
                            Day 5th: However, again no one turns up. After several attempts to reach them, they finally picked the call to begin a blame game between the account manager and the field executive regarding who was to blame. In the afternoon, they compelled a cook to come see us and when she arrived, she said that the timings clashed with her other job, therefore she didn't want to work. She also informed us that despite her concerns, the BookMyBai company had been obliged to see us.
                            Meanwhile, our maid found someone trustworthy, and we hired her right away. Due to several circumstances, it was a very difficult period for us, and on top of that, we had to deal with this bogus firm. Despite our repeated mentions of our urgency, the company did not take it seriously. They are now refusing to issue a refund. Instead, they say they'll give us a credit note to use in the future. This makes no sense because this is a fraud company with terrible management and service. We have no desire to work with them again and request a refund immediately. I'd like to file a complaint against them. I hope this help us resolve this issue.

                                We have taken the house help service which guarantees a replacement of the maid if the existing one that they have provided run away.
                                The first maid that we had was a thief, luckily we have camera's to prove that.
                                The second maid stayed for a month but upon her leaving BookmyBai has not been able to provide any house help, we were ok to increase the monthly salary from 15k to 18k, still they were not providing any house help.
                                We were more frustrated with the way they treat an existing customer, no response on the maid which were available on their portal. We took the effort to select from the available list but the response was always that they are not available. We had to follow up all the time for getting a help.
                                Our contract is still valid but from last 15-20 days we have no response.
                                So the claim that they make that they have many maids available is false.

                                  I was not provided maid services for which I had paid an advance of rs 6k approx. initially a maid was provided who didn’t turn up regularly and replacement which was promised was never given. The executive didn’t take phone calls nor did he revert on WhatsApp. I want my refund back and will keep posting on social media and sharing my feedback till refund is given

                                    Hi

                                    I have paid 1000 rupess for shortlisting the maids and I even have not received any confirmation on the 1000 rupees paid.
                                    I haven't received any receipts regarding it.
                                    And the website showing me the same message and asking me to pay 1000 rupess in order to shortlist the maids.
                                    I have taken several follow ups but they have not responded to a single one.
                                    There phone number is not working too..
                                    What sort a joke is going on ?
                                    Why you have been listed to take our hard earned money from us and not even provide us our services and keep us hanging in middle?

                                    I need my refund immediately
