I recently bought a dth connection from bookmydth.com
They spoke really well when i was purchasing it. Once the connection was set up and i checked my account details i found that they had recharged for the lowest plan whereas i had asked them to recharge for a different pack. After i made repeated calls they ignored and never called back. For 2 days they ignored my calls. Only when i gave then a call from a different no. They answered and gave all sorts of reason and asked me not to call back again when i my patience. Finally, they recharged for the amount i asked (Still less). These people are cheat and never value their customers once payment is done. I hope the license of this company is withdrawn. Was this information helpful? |
