[Resolved] Bookmydth.com — refund of order no. # 20112 is not done yet after more than 1-month | |||||
Hello there, I booked 1-order of dishtv with order no.# 20112 on 19th dec 2017 from "bookmydth.com" but due to network issue at my location i took another connection of airtel from bookmydth and asked for refund of my old order no..# 20112. They told me that refund will be process within 7-working day but now more than 1-month has been passed and yet my refund is not done. I did email for the same on 16th jan but no one replied on my email. After that i did multiple email and call to their customer support team but no one is responding my email or calls. I am very upset with their this service and eagerly waiting for my refund. Therefore, please help me to get it Was this information helpful? | |||||

I purchases a Tata sky hd dth 8 Jan 2018. At time of purchases of dth you provide me 2 month free recharge facility. But at the of installation of dth only one month recharge dun. It's directily cheating with me.if you not provide me one month recharge. Then i forwards complant to Indian consumers corum.
