I booked 1-order of dishtv with order no.# 21961 on 06/05/2018 14:59:50 from "bookmydth.com" but due to local cable operator issue at my location, dishtv refused to install connection at my area. I took a local cable connection and asked for a refund of my old order no..# 21961. They told me that refund will be processed within 7-working day but now more than 16 to 17 days has been passed and yet my refund is not done. I did email for the same and received reply as well saying that i will refund your money this week sir. Please wait you have any issue please call to [protected]. . After that i did multiple email and call to their customer support team but no one is responding my email or calls. I am very upset with their this service and eagerly waiting for my refund.
