I have place one order in bookmyforex.com on 20/06/2023. I have paid around 73000 to convert my money into USD. Valid documents submitted successfully.

In the website, They have mentioned that they will deliver the order within one day.

It has been almost 2 days, I didn't receive any communications from them.
Their customer support also not responding properly
I'm unable contact the channel partner also
