I purchased an online order of 41, 436.00 INR + 827.72 (refundable deposit) INR for buying Forex of Euros and CHF. The order was placed on Sunday afternoon.
Till Monday 28 Aug they kept saying that they would deliver the order by Monday and on Monday the channel partner called and said they didn't have currency and couldn't deliver it on Monday.
Now BookMyForex has taken 42263.72 INR in total, did not give me Forex cash as promised on the same day nor they are giving my money back.
Tomorrow I have to travel and no one is responding to my emails and calls from BMF. Was this information helpful? |
