On June 16, 2025, over $400 CAD, was withdrawn from the card without the cardholder’s knowledge or authorization. These charges were made on AMZXsolla*, a merchant with whom we have no affiliation.

I purchased an online order of 41, 436.00 INR + 827.72 (refundable deposit) INR for buying Forex of Euros and CHF. The order was placed on Sunday afternoon.

Till Monday 28 Aug they kept saying that they would deliver the order by Monday and on Monday the channel partner called and said they didn't have currency and couldn't deliver it on Monday.

In the website, They have mentioned that they will deliver the order within one day.

I made a transaction of ~99, 000 INR to convert currency to 40, 000 Thailand Bhat on March 19, 2023 but it was credited to my account on Mar 24th, 2023. By that time I completed my trip and returned to India. As per the company policy, transaction reflects within 24 hours but it got delayed by 5 days.

I want to convert the Thai amount to INR but now BookMyForex team is charging exchange higher rate and...

This is regarding my order placed with Bookmyforex with order id BMF225133 for loading the CCY card. The money was transferred to them and they are just harrassing me by never loading the card. I am in a foreign country with no card. OI relied on their serviced but they are a fraudulent company.

As against Book my forex claim of forex credit within 12 hours, it's been 3 days but my forex still has not been credited to my card....

I want to bring to the notice of the customers about the fraudulent practices of bookmyforex. I took the multi-currency card to united states and was told that there is no charge in transferring money to the bank account. Despite multiple conversations for conversation, i was charged a total of more than $307.in addition, the process has been been extremely stressful. The information that i was communicated about the limit and process was incorrect. The support service is pathetic and its impossible for me to coordinate with them because of the different time zone. Further, they don't reply on e-mail. If you are a student, do not opt for their card. They will harass you and charge you unreasonably

I reached bookmyforex.com on 26thdec, 2016 to send 6000cad to my sister who resides in canada through wire transfer. I talked to mr vijay srivastava (+91 [protected]) from bookmyforex who advised me to make an initial payment of rs6000 which he told is refundable. Hence i paid rs 6000 to bookmyforex. After making the payment, i received email from bookmyforex that my order bmf[protected] is now in. Process and i was given bank account details of an axis bank branch and in the email, i was asked to make rtgs of rs 303866 (Equivalent to canada $6000) before 12noon of next day i. E. 27th dec, 2016 and also submit few documents. However, on 27th dec, 16-i failed to make rtgs &visit axis bank to submit documents since initially i went to pnb (Where i have my account that had money) but due to demonetisation& large crowd, the bank staff refused to make rtgs to axis bank and advised to come in evening after 4pm. Hence i. Called mr vijay at 12:30pm that i will not. Be able to make rtgs and go to axis bank. Hence i asked him to cancel my order as i was advised to make rtgs &submit my documents before 12noon on 27th dec, 2016. Also, i asked him to refund rs 6000 as he told me before paying that it was a refundable amount. Then he told me that money is only refunded when the order is completely processed. Since i have cancelled my order, i will not get any refund. This was a clause that was not informed to me before paying the booking amount of rs 6000. I was only told that sir, there is no harm in paying as money is refundable. I have all the proofs of payment and e-mails from bookmyforex to prove my case. This is violation of consumer rights and i request the authorities to help me get my money (Rs 6000) from bookmyforex.
