[Resolved]  Bookmyhsrp — HSRP payment successful but Order ID not generated

Hi,

I had applied for HSRP with colour sticker for my 4 wheeler. Details were filled properly and the payment made was also successful. But I haven't received any HSRP Order receipt which should have been generated at the same time.

Payment details as below:
Payment Id : pay_NaQgBAvsOBxmyn
Method : UPI
Paid On : 13th Feb, 2024 21:56:32 PM IST

The portal does not provide option to search receipt based on vehicle number. Tried to call their customer care but it always kept busy. When I try to book again it errors out as below.

Error message: ‘Order for this registration number already exists. For any query kindly mail to [protected]@bookmyhsrp.com’

So I have emailed my query but haven’t seen any response yet. Also amount not yet refunded.
