I have booked my high security number plate of bookmyhsrp.com and my payment was succesful against order number BMHSRP[protected] however order was not created on 25th Sep. I tried calling callcentre many times but failed.
On 29th Sept i was able to call on callcentre and they told me that in 3-4 days you will get refund and you can place the order again now. I placed a new order which was sucessful however old refund is still not done.
Callcentre and email support is pathetic. No repsonse to emails. No calls. Was this information helpful? | 
It is very embarassing situation, I do not know what to do, contact no. provided at site are not responding as well as no response of mail.
