Hi I am Pavan, I booked a hsrp number plate through bookmyhsrp online, but after successfully completed the payment the appointment receipt is not generated and I try to download the receipt it shows not successfully registered.

Hi,

I had applied for HSRP with colour sticker for my 4 wheeler. Details were filled properly and the payment made was also successful. But I haven't received any HSRP Order receipt which should have been generated at the same time.

Payment details as below:

I have requested for an HSRP board by uploading the RC copy of the car as instructed in the website to adhere to the Bangalore RTO circular. When the due date came in Nov-23, I got a message stating that the board is ready for the installation. But the car dealer told me that he has got an yellow board instead of white board.
When I contacted the vendor bookmyhsrp through email they have responded after a 2 weeks stating that an option was selected wrongly when the website did not have any instructions about what does it mean by Transport or Non-Transport.

The website did not work many times in those days and getting timed out so the option selected as Transport should not have been asked as they get the number and other details with RC copy uploaded. Now the problem is I could not order for that as there is an existing order for the same car number in bookmyhsrp website. Its putting me in frustration despite of providing all the details and uploading related document. The improper coordination between the vendors and the customer is really problem.

My Car number plate which was supposed to delivered at home after full payment online is not delivered yet after repetitive reminder since feb 2021...

I have booked my high security number plate of bookmyhsrp.com and my payment was succesful against order number BMHSRP[protected] however order was not created on 25th Sep. I tried calling callcentre many times but failed.

On 29th Sept i was able to call on callcentre and they told me that in 3-4 days you will get refund and you can place the order again now. I placed a new order which was sucessful however old refund...
