I have recieved a samsung 9000mAh power bank on 26 May. Name- rakesh patel Order number- [protected] Email- [protected]@gmail.com Mob no - [protected] The product quality is very poot. It is only charging my handset for half an hour. Also it gets fully charged within an hour. I regularly sent emails on [protected]@bookmyoffer.com and called on [protected] from that day onwards. But i did not get any reply from them. I want to replace it soon. Thankyou
