Hello concern, I have received faulty, used and duplicate power bank. Reference number - [protected] Item description-samsung 16800mah power bank Qty - 01 nos. Value - rs-648/- I was out of town at the time of product delivery. When i reached and open parcel found below: - product quality/packing very bad. - lots of scratches on product and local usb packed in it. - unable to plug in branded original usb with this duplicate power bank. - unable to charge mobile phones with it. Jan 25, 2016 bisli's response I had ordered an 32GB sd card of samsung in BOOKMYOFFER on 19th jan 2016 and delivery was told on 25th jan 2016, Igot my product delivered on 25th jan at 12.pm at my residence, I payed spot cash of RS548/- once i removed the packing checked the procuct it was not working, soon I tried calling customer care centre to [protected] till i now i am but call is not getting connected.So I request you to take back the product and refund the amount at the earliest.
