Bookmyoffer.com — Faulty Powerbank Received, need replacement. | |||
I ordered Samsung 9000 mAH Power Bank on 26th May 2015. I received it on 31st May 2015. After opening the packing I found that there is only one USB cable included in the box, but as mentioned on packing box it should come with one USB charging cable and one 30 pin connector. I charged power bank to 100% and connected mobile to charge and found that it does not even charge my mobile to 25%. I sent complaint mail to [protected]@bookmyoffer.com several times from 2nd jun to 16th Jun 2015 but did not received any reply yet. Then I have opened support ticket with bookmyoffer http://support.bookmyoffer.com/index.php on 16th Jun 2015 and I got reply on 19th Jun 2015 that we will send replacement in 5-7 days. Now it's one month and I did not receive any product replacement yet. I am continuously following up on ticket but not getting any reply. Please send a product replacement as soon as possible. I ordered samsung 20800 mah power bank, but its not charging correctly.Because full charged bank then charge the mobile almost 60% will be charge, when power bank will be off.hence please replace my power bank as soon as possible...(Order Confirmation Number: [protected])
