My self Hanif S Shaikh, I have received faulty product (Samsung power bank 16800 mah with LED light) from bookmyoffer.com, order number is [protected] of this product and have done cash payment of Rs. 748.00. This product is complete faulty & am unable to charge mobile. thus have tried to contact many time on registered customer care number +91-[protected] but not contactable at all. also have tried to login my account through my registered email ID i.e. [protected]@gmail.com but on web site am getting an error of invalid email ID however bookmyoffer.com team has sent me payment confirmation on this site only.
