[Resolved] BookMyOffer.com / Saturday Sunday Media Internet — Delivery of wrong product and no response on the complaint placed with them | |||||
I had ordered for a Samsung Evo 128GB memory card on[protected] for a total amount of rs. 649 through cash on delivery option. On[protected] the package was delivered and the courier guy never gave a chance to check the package, got the money and went off. When I opened the package, I found out that they have sent me a 64GB fake memory card instead of 128GB memory card which i had ordered. I notified this to Saturday Sunday Media Internet Pvt. Ltd on the same day of receiving the wrong package with necessary screenshots and photos and there is not even a single response from them till now. My order no. is [protected] and the complaint ticket no. is 17713. I want them to collect the product back and refund my money ASAP or I am going to file a complaint on the concerned people in consumer court. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Nov 12, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved They have provided me with a replacement after all this days. The replacement arrived today. Even though the replacement product too turned out to be a fake samsung 128Gb memory card, I am closing this issue. The point is, I learnt a lesson and i am not willing to waste anymore time fighting against such a company BookMyOffer.com / Saturday Sunday Media Internet customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
