I ordered a samsung power bank . When i recived the item it was duplicate and its not in working condition. I mail them several times about the issue they didnt respond, i call their customer care and ask for replacement or return but they behave me rudely and didnt gave me a proper answer. This company is cheating several customers 95% of people is not satisfied with the service of this company. Sir please check book my offer's facbook page there you can see a lot of complaints posted by customers.. please take a necessory action aganist this fraud company

Updated by Nandu S Today 21/10/16 i contacted your customer care and told my complaint then they put my call on hold for long 30 minutes of time they didnt redpond and disconnected my call. After that i tried to contact your help line number afer the IVR option the call is getting automatically disconnecting. Sir please take necessory actions against this fraud company they are cheating the customers. Their customer care reoresentatives behaviour is also very rude. I mail the compalint to [protected]@bookmyoffer.com companys mail id its already 72hrs over they didnt replay to my mail. Such an irresponsible company i had never seen. Please help me to solve this issue as soon as possible

Updated by Nandu S Company is not willing to provide me replacement or refund . I am totally cheated by them. I want replacement or refund. If they are not willing to provide me refund or replacement i am ready to file a case aganinst that fraud company.
