I have ordered Samsung 20400 mah power bank, but i have received mi 20400 mah power bank that to total in damage condition. Regarding this i have put to mails to their customer support, Till today i have not received any reply from this. i have submitted complaint regarding this in their website. they have not responded to my complaint. i submitted my complaint on 8th/june/2016.
