Hello. I have ordered an " NOKIA 220 DUAL SIM MOBILE PHONE " from Bookmyoffer.com on 24th December, 2016 and i have received the parcel on 29th of December. I have opened the parcel and realized that I received a Samsung battery pack which is not what I have ordered for. I am very disappointed with what had happened.I have mailed you regarding the same on 29th December as soon as i received the wrong product. I have been trying to your customer care number but its not getting connected. There is no response to my mail. I request you to kindly collect the parcel back and return my money as soon as possible. In case if i do not get proper response i would have to file a complaint and drag you to the court.
