But I am very much upset that the product you send was in non working condition. I revert beck to you on the same day 2nd March through CC email. informing you about for the same. I also send followup mail on 3rd, 4th and 5th March but regret to note that i Haven't got any response from your end. I also tried to contact you on you CC mobile no [protected] on 5th and 6th of March but I could not get through. please replace your defective product with fresh working product. or else refund my money.
