[Resolved] Bookmyoffer.com — Sending wrong product | |||||
Dear sir, I had ordered samsung power 16800mah with led light on 08.03.2016 at 18:40 from book my offer at rs. 748/-. The order no is [protected]. As the order is received to couriers on 10.03.2016 with docket no. Unibmoc152477, however the said order was delivered to me on 12.03.2016 by paying rs. 748/-. When i opened the said parcel, i have not found my ordered product, as they send me xiaomi power bank 20800mah. When i called their customer care no. [protected] but did not get my calls. However it is the said book my order company cheated with me sending wrong product... Please do needful in the above said situation... Thanks Adv.
