I have purchase a Samsung power bank 16000 mah from bookmyoffer.com on delivery date Dated[protected] Order no. [protected]. I want to return it because it is not real/ not working properly. I have sent them email more than 4 times and call their costmer no. [protected], many times but they can't ans my call and no response on my emails. Reason of return- not a real product/ not working properly.
